I have just been pondering as many of you kno I do, and I have been thinking about how fast time seems to go by the older I get... I am only 35, but sometimes when you see shit in the paper, it makes you feel old... I saw an old aquaintance of mine in the obits... and come to find out he had a heart attack... Mid 40's... The thing I guess I am trying to say is the good lord has written the check for all our asses that we walk around w/, and you better believe you never know when he's gonna claim that ass and cash the check...
All I can figure is we only live once? What drives you? What motivates you, What do you feel like doin 1st thing in the morning? DO IT AND F' EVERYTHING ELSE! U want to be bigger f'n lift weights, eat right, and you can be... I think we all have something in common here. We all want to look good/better and they fall hand in hand... Thing is what in fact is quality life? Quality life to some is having butlers, others it's having clean water? So appearantly life is elf relevant... And I AM Reloventing on ur asses to wake the fuck up... Train harder... Dont be a f'n douche, a lil stick boy.... Train harder than me or you will always be 2nd best... 6x a week...
