INTERMITTENT FASTING
I just recently came across this type of "dieting" it basically means that you split your 24hrs day into 2, 16 hours WITHOUT eating anything but water, and 8 hours you eat whatever the fuck you want to, you just have to pick your 8 hours ex. from 11 am to 7pm or from 6pm to 2 am(for those fuckers who like to stay up late) Apparently this kind of fasting has proven to help with muscle gain, fat loss and longevity people like Twinmuscleworkout (Hodge Twins) are doing this. I would like to get your thoughts on this topic, because i want to put my wife and as a consequence myself too, we both want to reduce our BF, we both eat clean except Friday which is our "cheat day" but sometimes we don't even cheat. I would like to get your thoughts on this if you have done it, want to do it, and what results do you got from it! Hope to heard back from you suckas, cheers in advance and thanks for comment!!!

So you guys that are doing this and getting better than average fat loss results I have a few questions.
1.) is there a specific amount of time you need to fast for? I noticed you said 8 hours, is this a min or max? So say I get up at 6am I would fast until 2 pm?
2.) After the fast is over what should my calories be like? SO say maintenance is 2900 for me, I typically eat 1900 a day when I cut would I just want to eat those calories spread out from say 2pm to I go to bed at 10pm or more cals or less?
Im giving this a try, to see if I can lose some of the weight I've gained over the past week or so. 24 hour trial fast is suggest to see then not eating until 4pm beyond that. Healthy diet is still suggested though. Going to workout and do cardio so thats going to be fun, I always eat after cardio
I think mentally just being able to eat the foods you want even if you have to fast for part of the day would be very rewarding. I am so fucking sick of chicken and egg whites. I honestly was going to keep cutting till thanksgiving but I just had a breakdown yesterday and have been binging since which fucking sucks because Im going to look like a shitty spartan this weekend when my abs look all bloated and shit :( maybe Ill try this my next cut.
You guys that pull this off are bad asses. I go with out food for more than four hours I turn into a fucking bear.
I've been doing IF for probably the last 8 months I'd say. I just do the 12pm-8pm. I just love it because I don't have to worry about getting a source of protein every 2 hours. It goes against everything that is preached on here but I honestly cannot tell the difference in my body.
I can say though that I have never been able to eat the amount of food I did while on cycle and only add a small amount of bodyfat.
The thing that shocked me was my energy at the gym while fasting. I have broken all my PRs on my lifts in a fasted state.
I'll be cutting soon, so it'll be great to see the effects of IF while I cut down.

I know a few jewish guys and they dont eat any food on wensday's. they stay real quiet, and dont get angry. If I skip 2 hours without food I'll rip a fucking head off. SOmthing to be said about the fasting on day a week. Also somthing to be said for putting 6oz chicken breast on top of a mushroom calzone. (my dinner lat night) that was after eatin 8oz breast, and a 7oz salmon at work during dinner service...lolz
It works great for initial weight loss.
