Hows your ai? Also no salt. Loads of water over gallon a day. Take an aspirin and big cup of water. Update us
If it's persistent and not stopping you have yourself a problem. Nose bleeds usually happen because of High blood pressure. I am no doctor though bro just my .2
Ok I checked my blood pressure again it's 151 79. Should I be worried?
Fish oil can help thin the blood.
Make sure you are taking and AI as well as liver support and fish oil throughout your cycle. These will help.
