when starting out run long estered Test 10-12 weeks..wait the two weeks start pct then you should take off for 16 or 18 weeks depending on if you went with a 10 week cycle or a 12 week one
Your body needs time to recover, why put all the time and money into pct just to go back on gear and not recover
