So I see a great price on fish and stock up, when I go to try it,it taste like a mermaids taint. No bueno. Got 5 lbs of fish I do not want to trow out!
Ceviche Time
Ingredients:
1.Fish of your choice, shrimp, octopus work great as well.
2.Lemon a lot of lemons!Juice the crap out of them.
The more juice the better is what I always say.
3.The first too are the essential, I like trowing in Diced; Onions, tomatoes, and cilantro (coriander). pinch of sea salt and pepper.
4.Let it cook in the lemon juice overnight the longer the better.
Very easy to make, taste great and you don't have to trow away food.
