New here to this form, looking to read / read / and read again and LEARN before asking questions! I have known about this site for a while and have done previous searching using this site for sources etc. I will hopefully get this thread off the ground nicely by providing some facts about me which will hopefully help for the long term stay here at eroids.

Some quick facts about me:

Age - 23

Height - 5'6

Weight - 189lbs

Bodyfat - Roughly 12 to 13%

Years lifting - 4 in powerlifting and almost 3 years in bodybuilding

Cycle History - #1.) 19nor oral tren prohormone, dosage - 90mgs ED, length - 8 weeks, gains - 34 lbs; #2.) 19nor oral tren prohormone stacked with phera plex prohormone, dosage - 90mgs tren ED & 30mgs Phera Plex ED, length - 6 weeks, gains - almost 30 lbs

Family History - high BP, stoke, heart attack, high LDL, high total cholesterol, diabetes, dad had heart attack and quad heart bypass at age 47, grandfather died from heart attack at 50, dad's brother died from pulmonary blood clots and diabetes at age 46

Injury History - 2 to 5 ol'clock position posterior tear on left shoulder labrum, resection of the clavicle, mild arthritis noted, surgery date - july 6th 2011
