ok the question is I found a great weight gainer or mass gainer id say and it has luke 1020 calories and 100+ carbs and luke 50+.grams of protein too! thats with the recommended scoops ! ok heres the question when I do my next mass cycle I was thinking of taking this to help with cals ! was going to use twice a day thats 2040 cals ok the eat around2500-300 cals of solid foods ! would this be ok? I believe it would be fine abd the product has good ratings its got omegas and everything in it minus creatine ! im glad no creatine too! yall tell ne something

Hey mate just remeber they are a supplement. And that means they assist (supplement your diet). In all honesty you are better off eating your calories than drinking them. I do take shakes but only as a fill in between meals. Also check where the protien comes from. it could well be a good source but again perhaps not. Also try and keep sugars in check. Even if it says 0 sugars check for alcohol sugars. They still effect the bodyy in a very similar way.

check out to see where the calorie SOURCES are from when picking a weight gainer. like if you look well you can find some that have oats as the primary source for carbs!! i use to make my own weight gainers like that...they didnt taste like no cookies and cream, but they did the job and i knew where my calories were all from. no filler bs.
If you are bulking and eating right you should not have to worry about getting "Fat". You will gain some fat but that is usually expected when you are bulking. I use ON Procomplex Weight Gainer and I love it. I usually use it every other month for one month. I think it has around 60g of protein per serving and 680 calories and 80 carbs. Its good stuff brother.

you would def see some "numerical weight gain" there. lol i would say use your timing appropriately if you are going to use that with abombs. they aromatise ALOT and give you higher probability of storing some adipose as a result. if you have a pretty good diet, training, and sleep schedule you shouldnt have a problem gaining appx 10lbs with drol. i have had a prob getting my weight up with orals. good to keep in mind when using weight gainers is the windows...1 hour prior...up to one hour after workouts is when calorie dense foods have least impact on adipose because they are used in fueling workouts and recovery. good luck to you bro. happy growing season!

Look here...I am not sure who you are asking input from, BUT I can tell you that using a mass gainer as your PWO shake is about the best option if you are concerned about turning into a fat ass!! The thing with drol is that ALOT of the weight is water, and you''ll lose a good portion of that coming off cycle anyway, and as long as you have a good AI all dialed in, you should be okay.
Everyone is so concerned with becoming a fat ass when bulking, it's funny..you will put on some undesirable weight of course, it's just inevitable. As long as you have a sound diet plan, you should be okay...and also you could try using a mass gainer for the first few months and then dial down the carbs and such for the last several weeks into the end of cycle and recovery time.
It all comes down to diet manipulation..ALWAYS!!...it is key, just pay attention to what is happening to your body on-cycle, if you don't like what you are seeing then usually it can be altered by fooling with your carb intake.
My concern was gettin fat from takin both at the same time, I'm almost thing to leave the Anadrol for later and try the mass gainer shakes w a nice bulk diet and see how I do. Thanks for your input.

As long as you're not making your weight entirely on dirty cals you're fine... Make your gains and dial yourself in post cycle to prepare for the summer cycle.

Anondo u think twice a day is to much cals from mass gainer it would be if I did recommended servings 2040 cals or should I lower to onece a day or perhaps not use whole recomended serving and take less and both times a day equal lik 1500 cals or something? sorry just value peoples opinions and im sure yours is solid
Ideally food cals are best but two shakes are fine. For optimal usage one shake pwo and the other before bed. Sleeping cals are good for weight gain.

LOL....I know it's kinda ridiculous isn't it?! I love winter for the fact that I can put on some slop. It all comes right off of me though post cycle..give it 60 days and I am right where I wanna be. It's all about the dirty, sloppy cals pre and post workout anyway, always has been and always will be!! Other than that, it is as you said...just watch the rest of the time, and that is just good knowledgable diet practice in hand.

fuckin right use that shit. this time around I am using a mass gainer for my PWO shake. this one I got has around 47g protein(fast, medium, and slow digesting) and about 170g carbs or something like that, 28g of that is sugars but so what!! this is called winter time and it's time to bulk...besides 28g of sugars PWO isn't gonna make you fat. Besides all you gotta do is cut that out the last month of cycle and into PCT/end of cycle/TRT(?) whatever and adjust your diet accordingly to drop some fat.

you can take it but only use it to help with protein. The extra calories is fine but dont use that as an excuse to eat less. Only use once a day

I dont count calories. Normally i keep abs barely visable. They disappear and i hit stairs. Im not buying bigger Jeans! Lmao! Last wintets bulking was sweet. Ate big clean calories. If i cheated its 45cardio. Stayed bout 12%. Xmas hit lil kid cycle of sust at 300Mg/wk for 8Weeks. Up from 194 to 205 fully cut. Weird shit but it did. High protein...no cokkies, cakes, sodas, beer :(.

Anonyeah opt. nut. is a really good brand lots of awards and etc. I know this next cycle is going to be A-1 ! I think calories abd flooded receptors were some of reasons I didnt blow up for ebc! its ok now im aware of more things and I wont make same mistake

Anontest cyp or e at around 600-750 and probably decca or npp flr the added joint relief and the awesome endurance it gives not to mention the size gained from nandrolones ! kick the test off with prop and dbol for first four weeks and end on prop last 2-4 weeks !
Thats the exact cycle on right now. 750 mgs of test e and 500 mgs of deca with a prop/ low dose of anadrol/dbol and prop taper with some hgh. Im currently in the end of week 3. As for your original question, I used Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass on my last cycle of 500mgs of test e with a full 1 cup scoop twice a day and got a lil uncomfortible bloat. It wasn't anything I couldn't deal with and probably had better gains with the extra calories. I say use it and eat well.
