Dude your talking about two different steroids, the steroid that is the culprit is not even a steroid UGLs make or have any use for. A doctor gave that man the shot, which shows even some doctors don't know what the hell they're doing half the time. Just book smart no common sense, I had one once wipe me with alcohol for a shot and not even wait for it to dry. fyi if you don't let the alcohol dry it can't kill all the bacteria in time.

This is embarrassing bro. You think people were getting Anabolic Steroid injections from a Dr. for back pain? Please do a little research before you post something this meaningless again.

Before you post something and bring about hysteria, how about you do a little research. They are not talking about the AAS steroids which makes up a sliver of the steroid class of medication. They are referring to bad prednisone and prednisolone which are glucocorticoid hormones. They are used to treat systemic immflamation, blood disorders and even airway diseases/ disorders.

In the medical word steroid is just a broad classification of medications. Our little AAS world don't even scratch the surface of steroids.

"Each one of these patients had been injected with a preservative-free steroid called methylprednisolone acetate manufactured by New England Compounding Center (NECC) in Framingham Massachusetts, according to U.S. Food and Drug Administration and CDC officials."

This has nothing to do with Anabolic Steroids.
