Aromasin question

ad

I have been taking aromasin for 5 days @ 25mg's ed. I notice that my BP is slightly elevated over the last few days w/ incresased heart rate and wanted to back off to 25mg's eod. My last dose was yesterday and I've just taken my BP and it's g2g. My only concern is that since the half life is between 24 to 30 hours. Do I have to be concerned with any aromatization between that window and my next dose which will be tomorrow?? Do the levels remain consistent for that period??

Type 1 AI's bind by a process called hydroxylation; this hydroxylation process produces an unbreakable covalent bond between the inhibitor and the enzyme protein. Now the enzyme is permanently blocked even after all of the inhibitor is removed and can only be resumed by new enzyme synthesis. So techincally if the Aromasin has attacked all of the free enzymes there is no need for daily dosages. Now on the other hand if the Aromasin cannot keep up with the pace of production of Aromatase enzymes then I'd advise you to up the dosage to daily. Caps IMO should only be made in 12.5mg dosages, Tabs can be split easier so 25mg would be ok. I personally use Research Liquid Arom. It's good stuff plus dosing is easy.

Yes free estro before it attaches to the receptor

if you have a digital scale weigh it in grains and just split the pile.you can get empty caps at gnc dirt cheap,or parachute it,use one ply of toilet paper just big enough for the pile twist it up and throw it back, youll be all good.

12.5Ed is the normal dose. Running it at the 25 was to clear the high estro.. Try the 12.5Ed . Gs has great skill and study time on this. He's a good dude to fr and ask as well.

Tabs or liquid is easier to split the dosage.

Fold paper in half......roll capsule open in the crease is option to halve it. GS is a MOD. Smart dude in this area. He commented on your last forum. Click your name...click your forums. Easy shortcut.
