what do you guys eat for late night snack

Its about 10:30pm and im fuckin hungry lol
Im cravin somethin like i always do but im not gonna eat nothin im just goin to bed!
My roomate came home and was eatin taco bell n shit n i started cravin taco bell or somethin sweet
So my question is what do u guys eat late night or for that mid night snack...or what is good to eat late night b4 bed to satisfy that craving ?

I would ingest carbs before bed way before I'd ingest any fat. No carbs before bed is bro science, although I'd stick with complex and stay away from the sugars.
6oz of chicken breast with 2 tbls of 1 carb ketchup or 1 scoop of WPI in 6 oz almond milk.
Greek yogurt bro it contains high amounts of slow digesting protein
300g of Cottage cheese with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter.
Almonds and cashews seem to do it for me and might wash 'em down it with a protein shake.
Oysters are clutch.
My late night snack is some cottage cheese. Low carbs, low fat, and good protein.
In N Out Burger.. :O.. Lol,,, jk i wish!:(..... 2 scoops of casein shake with almond milk. -_-
I eat a pound of turkey. Has a ton of protein and little/no fat and no carbs.
I eat this at 10pm every night.
I sometimes eat cheese because it helps me sleep. Though cheese has highfat, it is also high on protein. Perfect for when I'm bulking lol.
1 quart of whole milk, 2/3 cup of instant mashed potatoes, 1 scoop whey protein. Blend and drink.
