A little less than 1 1/2 year "re" progress.
Thx killinit88 for getting me to post this up.

I used a carb cycleing method. Lifting was a 5 day split , chest,arms ,legs,rest,shoulders,back and rest.
I ate my daily carbs for pre/post workout, six meals a day + one single scoop of whey post workout on workout days.
I did not eat any complex/starch on non workout days.
Sweet potatoes do not agree with me and I prefer white rice over brown.
I ate extra carbs on leg and back days. The amount varied on the focus I.e heavy hamstring and glute or a rowing only day.
Yes I ate frutose, I felt better in the gym with the glycogen and the meals moved through much better.
I did not use many supplements a multi, antioxidant/green food tab, whey and cycle 2weeks on 2 weeks off of creatine and carnitine. No "special" supplements either.
So a typical workout day for me would be:
1) 8egg whites / 50g carbs in white rice .
Workout
2) 1 scoop of whey in water.
3) 6oz of white fish or chicken breast with 40g carbs from white rice/ 20g carbs from pineapples.
4) 6 oz of chicken breast with 1 1/2cups of broccoli and 10g of fat in fresh avacado.
5) 6 oz of chicken breast with 1 1/2 cups of frozen spinach (don't even chew just swallow whole lol) and almonds.
6) 6oz of chicken breast with 2 hand fulls of asparagus and avacado.
7) 5oz of extra lean steak with 2 cups of broccoli.
Came out to be around 2200 on workout days.

My Cardio started at 10minutes post work out, keeping a "conversation" pace on step mill.
I rotated between heavy oliptical and step mill. Did not want to loose leg mass from crazy amount of stairs.
When I hit plateues, I never really did, I had all my adjustments preplanned I.e. 4 weeks in I went to 15minutes,12weeks I was at 20mins, 18 weeks 25 mins, 26weeks in went to 15mins am Cardio on non workout days.

Im old school, free weights and heavy sets for a cut or a bulk. Unless my joint are as dry as kenyan feet from supplements. I now have screwed up my body from getting so fat so fast. My 6 pack is now a 4 pack with skin and stretch marks at the bottom.

Go to the gym do work, get skin tearing pump. Bust ass like its a job to stay alive and you will get results.
It's a temple not a bar, get that guys number and call him later , that girl doesn't think your curls are as awesome as you do.

Just what I needed to hear! I have been battling BF for most of my life. I have always been athletic and strong, but never had a great physique. I am working my ass off and trying to eat right. Sometimes my pitfalls are not reading labels and assuming, but I have come a long way and will post some pics when I get to a better stage. Thanks for the motivation.
