+ 2 MY NEW UPDATED DIET GUYS!!!!!
NOT ON GEAR, i stopped my first cycle ever to achieve some goals naturally, so Just trying to eat clean and lower body fat as much as i can before i start my first OFFICIAL CYCLE.
Have Not eaten carbs after 2pm and im doing cardio on empty and HOLY FUCK ive lost about 6 pounds in a month so ima kinda happy bout that.lol
Would love some good advice on wat to change in my diet,, thanks guys.:)
(7:00am)Wake up and do 20-30 min of cardio!
(7:30ish am) Meal1: whey protein shake 2scoops/1 egg/1 ccup oats/1 cup plain non fat yogurt, 2tbs cold milled flax seed oil,& 1 bananna.
(9ish am) Pre workout Meal2: 7 egg whites 3 whole egg w/ 1/2 cup of sweet potatos OR 1/2 cup of brown rice.
(9:30ish am)WORKOUT
(11:00 am) Post workout Meal 3: whey protein shake 2scoops 1tbs flax seed oil.
(1:00 pm) Meal 4 : 4-8oz of ground turkey 1/2 cup brown rice
(Meals 1-4 are all before 2pm)
(3:00 pm) Meal 5: 6oz chicken breast with 1lb brocholli.
(5:00pm) Meal 6: 2 scoops Casein shake with 100% pure almond milk.
(7:00pm) Meal 7: 8-10oz fish. Tiilapia and 1/2lb brocholli.
(10:00 pm) Meal 8: casein shake 2 scoops 30min before bed to fire up the metabolism and feed muscles through the night.
(I switched from 6 meals to 8 meals so this should keep My body burning more and will have less cortisol.)
My supps at the moment that im going to take are a multi vitamin. Fish oil, Milk thistle, Saw Palmetto, Dandelion for supps so i can be completely set, oh n LOTS N LOTS of WATER! (will have 1 cheat day a week) 
ANYOTHER supps you guys reccomend bros??

I have been drinking muscle micl german choclate cake and Almound Milk...OMG AMAZIN
Mixed with a cup of granola I ate it like ceral>>>>AMAZIN
I love to make composed salad wraps. Use some bibb lettce and eat them like tacos Like my Hue chicken salad!!!
Adding fermented Tofu is also a nice change to anything! some Samball, or siracha!!! Its all good bro!
Started this diet on Monday of last week and love it. I'm actually gaining weight with it and at first I was eating 1lb of brocoli with the fifth meal and 1/2 with the 7th, that's a shit ton of brocoli!
wow i swear that was my exact diet back a while ago,i didnt take the fish oil ,flaxseed or any omegas till i was low in bodyfat.i got enough from the one or two whole eggs mixed in with the egg whites.i also took liquid aminos,make sure you get those in.sweet potatoes are the bomb!!!i ate brocholli all day everday!!!i loved it and god i swear by it.somthing about the chlorophyll just makes your body into a super clean machine.the greener the better,i went as far as eating them raw.if your cardio
is on point your going to smoke off the fat with that plan,they make these killer 42gram protien shots with no carbs or fat now,i would keep them on hand if you cant get a meal in.awesome diet!!....great idea to stay off the gear and diet as long as you can naturaly im all for that.
yea that am cardio on empty is really helping alot bro, im actually excited to wake up at around 6 or 7 am to do my cardio on empty,,it just sets up the whole day great for me.

Updated...on a whole new thread, LOL. Looks good man...I like it. Eating sweet potatoes at 9am, WOW!! That's dedication. Gonna get sick of that broccoli at some point?...HAHA. JK!! I eat it about 2X/day sometimes...but are you really eating anywhere from 1/2lb. to a 1lb. at a meal? Is that a typo or something? A cup, cup and 1/2 is good enough.
Haha yea i did the thread for more ppl can see it since u rarely see ppl posting there diets man..:)...i actually dnt mind the sweet potatos there pretty tasty for me.,,, i know i might switch to green beans for one of those meals if i get bored man.lol....
