Who do cycles evolve ?

So I see a lot of, first cycle, second cycle, third cycle.
If the first cycle was sucessful then why wouldnt we just run it again and again. Could I just run a Test/ Deca cycle or blast/cruise over and over , or would the gains diminish each time ?
Then there are compounds which I hear people saying, not for beginners. Why is that ? Is it that the onset of sides can be so fast and hard to control ? Or is it more to do with the body needing to work its way up to them.

Some people have a lot of sides with taking high dose testosterone, some people can take 600mg deca or EQ and have little to no sides at all. Things like deca, eq, anadrol, tren, dbol, are all powerful anabolics so usually you can take a low dose without too much side effects. It varies with peiople.
SOme like the properties of masteron or winstrol or proviron for how they help sex drive or reduce bloating and give off that ripped look.
You could run test/deca over and over if you want. People like to change it up and see what they respond best to in terms of gain and side effects to figure out what works best. Its gonna vary because there is so many ways to do a cycle and everyone responds differently to drugs.

Sort of. I have not run enough cycles to say for sure but I do like to try everything first and see what works out for me.
So far I know I respond extremely well to EQ, I love the way it makes me look and feel. I have tons of endless energy on EQ and can do cardio without getting tired. I also get strong as hell and my joints feel amazing on it. I found Anavar and EQ is a very nice combo. (I also found EQ and dbol is not that great)
I plan on doing a test/deca/dbol cycle to gain some size but my cycle of choice would be test/eq/var. I like the look of being lean and cut but still strong. I look more puffy and bloated with dbol and deca though I also enjoy that too. That is why I do test/deca/dbol for winter and I eat a dirty bulk without worrying about gaining too much fat.
Though I enjoy EQ more than deca so I cannot wait to run test/eq/var and I am contemplating adding in tren towards the end of the cycle but I may wait a few more cycles to add tren. Basically I am trying to find out what I like best. I will not need to change these cycles up much in the future I hope
People often add stuff like deca, eq, anavar, or primo to help their joints.
Test alone is unhealthy for joints if you take over 300mg per week.
zewifor test that's only because people don't give enough time for ligaments and joints to catch up to the new muscle growth. And keep pushing in getting bigger, were you ligaments and joints get strained cause they cant handle the new growth, cause it happens so quickly.
The others have been proven to help them by keeping them lubricated.

Yes, deca, eq, anavar, hgh all help increase the rate of collagen synthesis (aka joint tissue growth)
testosterone by itself in doses over 300mg has been shown to reduce collagen synthesis in joints. that combined with increased muscle strength and heavy lifting can cause injury. That is why it is good to make use of other steroids and include them to your testosterone
Ive seen this multiple places but couldn't find a scholarly article where it was proven. All I saw was that it decreased procollagen which is essentially a precursor to collagen
If your diet and training is on point you could run test only for all your cycles and still see results.
Anonagreed, i though test was just for bulking. did some research and found out diet and training dictate your results not the steroid. So on a test cyp cycle im keeping my calorie intake low and doing cardio after my work out and of course eating clean(you should always eat clean even on a bulk).My waistline is shrinking. im cutting up a lot and putting on some lean gains.
Its said on here time and time again. diet and training is EVERYTHING. Not how many mg of test or how many different compounds you put into your body. It is the single most important part of a cycle. Can't stress that enough.

I am down to 7% bf right now pepping for a show... test E base all the way through,only a low dose but still long ester..proves how versatile a test base can be when all the other things are balanced correctly i.e.. diet,training etc people should only fear test bloat and water retention when high doses are used and diet is total crap... i use a long ester base for ALL cycles it works nicely for me.
AnonNice. 7% body fat you gotta be looking amazing. And yes diet and training is everything. if you don't have that in check you def wont see good results even on AAS.

I think your second cycle should be dependant upon the first. What i mean by this is that if you're still growing well with 500mg test e for your first cycle, then why not do that same exact cycle again, not only is this cost effective but it is also efficient too - and as soon as you start to see your gains lessen (law of diminishing returns), then that would be the point where you increase the dosage and then, once your gains have lessened from an increase in dosage, maybe add another compound

Yes. You see guys on TRT doses of 250mg/wk for example, if this is test cyp then only 174.75mg/wk will actually be absorbed (minus the ester weight) and depending upon site rotation, receptors could get 'blocked' which is a frequent term to say that not as much gear is being absorbed. But theoretically, with good site rotation, yes test only cycles will do you no harm, however you may need to increase the dosages slightly as time passes

I can drink Alcohol all the time. After awhile i need more Alcohol to get an effect. And then more and more, till im an Alcoholic and Alcohol has no effect on me like it once did.---However, the only way not to be an Alcoholic and to allow Alcohol to have an effect on me is stop drinking. or don't drink all the time. you know TAKE TIME OFF..
That is why Time OFF is so important. Time of is always time on + pct = time off.. For me it is usually Time on + pct + 8 weeks = time off.

zewitrue if your new--but when you have been doing it for 10 years.. You no all you need is 2 cycles a year and your golden.. but if your trying to stay at 280lbs and your 5'8 well that's different..
It's similar to the law of diminishing returns - but when you stop pinning or in this case drinking your sites refresh, but not to the same degree they were originally

Blast n cruise is TRT. Yes the very first test only can be repeated many time successfully. Evolution is a combo of the "gimmee muscle immediatly" generation and learning new compounds. Tailoring a cycle to enrich the goals is main evolutionary part. A perfect food/gym and cycle is always successful while poorly run/mismatched bullshit is always a failure. Peep cycle logs to view some mismatched bullshit. Preparation and knowledge helps with everything in life
