Might be asking a lot here but new to Comps
I have my second comp coming up next year in May. I want to start training now. I am coming off my cycle of TrenE/TestCyp early because of some dangerous low HDL cholesterol levels. So when I am all reset, with PCT and recovery time, it will be the middle of December. I will be getting on a EQ,Test,Var with prop kick and taper cycle in late dec.
Now what I am really looking for is a great workout routine and diet. I have a solid diet and always sit around 10% bf. My first show I was at 9% or just below, which obviously didnt help me win. My problem is carbs. I cant find the right amount and cant find enough variation to keep me on point. If i dont eat enough, my gym time blows, I eat too much then I gain fat to quickly. I am genetically a mesomorph, if thats the one with more fat, and I used to be around 14% my entire life. I def gain weight easier than losing it. So if anyone has a good training plan and diet plan, I would really appriciate it.... or any advice on supps/gear or just general comp advice.
