Red spots on right side forearm? (between bicep and forearm)

Ok so latly ive bin having these red spots mainly if im really hot and sweating, Doesnt hurt, just weird little red dots on my forearm skin between my bicep and forearm..but just a patch not my whole arm....ive bin reading that maybe it has something to do with skin irritation or strainin my forearm too much liftiing but not sure..anyone ever have something like this?
Any thoughts?? Thanks guys, i'd really appreciate a serious answer.

I get that to in the crease of my elbow if it itches its just a sweat rash like eggsima put some anti inflam. And/or anti itch like benadryl see if that clears it up

zewican be a small reaction.. Are you getting the spots after injection or working out?
tread-mSeems to be no rhyme or reason just pops up then gone in a day or 2. I wonder if its immune related. My little bro has some flat freckle type moles on his back and gets a redish halo around them that sorta look like mine but without the mole. Doc told him he had mega immune system and the halo was the body attacking the mole....weird though. Funny he see's these actually getting smaller!
