do you actually look better when you come off cycle, lean wise? BLOATED!

Okay so nearing my last week of my test prop cycle. ad then im done for a good while. anyway. I put on about 10 pounds and definitely see some more definition and muscle on my body as well as strength insane. Anyway my question is will I actually look leaner once I come off the cycle, or will I just look tinier(muscle wise)
because I am so fu*ckin bloated and I feel like once I come off I will be really lean is this true? this is my first legit cycle, so I dont know. thanks

After my first cycle, there was a good span of time tilll my second cycle. It seemed as though I was more grainy in my delts and I retained a much improved physique. With prop you shouldn't of bloated that much though. Just try to keep your training intense as if you were on cycle and don't letro yourself miss any meals.

the real answer to this is BOTH, water retained on cycle is everywhere not just certain areas. when you loose that water your gonna look leaner but your also gonna look smaller muscle wise as well. Thats why its plays psychologically on alot of people, me included, and thats one of the reasons you should run an AI during your cycle as everybody has said. its always best to keep the mind set that even after those 10 pounds pee away your still bigger then when you started. Hopefully!

Bloated? No ai? Water shed helps. One reason i tell folks stay away from dbol...puffer fish.

AI or not brother...I still carry 10 lbs. of water on cycle and then watch it fall away PCT time.

Honestly...it takes me a couple weeks for me to see the changes in my body composition. Actually...ever since this last cycle when the days keep going by, I notice how much better I look more and more. Nice feeling of satisfaction.

If you did everything right with training, diet and post-cycle training...you'll look nice and lean once all the bloat is shedded off. Just keep that diet and training going while on PCT...I think that is what really seals the deal IMHO. Just DON'T overtrain...knock gym days down to 3x/wk. Once PCT is over, you can slack off a lil bit and relax...eat some junk food, drink a few beers or whatever. That's what I do and seems to work well for me.

Yeah you will look more defined once you loose the water.
