I guess it's about time I said Hi!

ad

Hi!
I've been poking around on this site for quite a while, about a year ago I became a member after realizing how much valuable information is held within these forums. I've been very sporadic with my workouts and diets all my life. Always been skinny. Did the Army thing after high school, before which I was a stoner. In the Army I smoked butts and drank too much. Still drink too much, and yes I know how that affects my goals. Quit smoking only back in March, my 5th attempt in 15 years (since I was 15). This past January is when I really started to get serious about working out again, diet still sucked, which I started getting in check around feb/march. Did the wrong thing around march/april and did t-bol and anavar will little results...surprise... At that point I was 72.75" 159lbs and 26% bf (tape, no calipers). Trying to start a career change, going for the fire department, took the written test and was getting ready for the physical fitness test. I know I wasn't ready for aas, but I did it anyway, cause I'm wicked stubborn. So I just finished about 11 weeks of test/sustanon and only 2 weeks of pct. I did not have everything on hand and ended up getting all messed up. Now I'm 174lbs and 17%bf. Pretty sure I'm starting to level off as far as hormones go. I'm pretty broke and lost my job, so bloods will not be done. oh, and yes I passed the physical abilties test with flying colors, it was no joke, really wish I had ran more instead of concetrating on lifting. Now I know some of you will want to tear me apart for the way I've done things, but I'm telling you now, I know, I effed up. I wasn't ready. I'm still not ready. I will be going back on in November (3 months off). In the meantime, constantly trying to adjust diet and workouts. For all the newbies - almost any question you have is in these forums somewhere, don't be like me, be ready and do it right! I loved being on... lol

Wheeww!! It's been almost a year since I posted this. So here's the update. I was on track to 200 with this past cycle, until about mid June when I tore my shoulder. That shouldn't have kept me out of the gym, should have just limited my lifting abilities. But I haven't lifted since, went away for a couple weeks and drank constantly and smoked a few butts, all of which I'm not happy about. During those two weeks I got food poisoning too, and I've been on pct. I feel like I'm back to square one. Gonna just keep trying to eat better, stay away from the booze and butts, and get to the gym as often as possible!! Going for natty for 6 months, we'll see how long that lasts though!!!!!
