Which would be the best way to run my cycle?

Okay. First I'll give you my stats...

This is my 5th cylce... So I'm going to run 750mg test cyp with 300mg trenThis is not my first rodeo with tren. I handle the sides very well and I perfer longer esters anyway. So my question is. Would would it better to split my dosage into 2 shots and take them every 4 days or would it be better to do 250test on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 100mg of the trenE on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. If there is a better way that you guys would run this I would love to hear it. I also have, Clo, Nolva, Letro, Adex and HCG on hand for post cycle and A.I.

tread-mLet me give 2 cents here and say I like cdaddy7's thoughts responding to you below. I know you want the tren in it and if you insist then why not think a different direction. You have pretty conservative goals when compared to the many I see so I see no problem with getting close even if the net comes out to 200 on this one and shoot for 205 next round. Either way, you can have some "tren effect" by taking C's first option below with the test run being a prop kick and taper. First 10 weeks would be big kitchen and big gym making sure to load thokse good carbs all day and heavy protein via meat. Then comes the tren effect. In the final 4 weeks of the cycle drive the protein via meat higher to compensate for the loss of carbs we can run. Hit the carbs at 50 only in the morning meal and no carbs the remainder of the day having only your meat and veggie meals. Combined with 80 var split ed you will solidify the gains, make. Few more and bring on the "tren effect" in vascularity etc without the tren at all. No, its not tren but a "like" effect and again, your goals are conservative which I love btw! This would not necessarily be ideal for many but you are you and are not asking for 30 lbs in the next couple cycles. I can assure you this meets the need and desire if you have the kitchen dialed proper to the goal. You are young enough that exotic cycles are not necessary for your needs is the point and this further solidifies your ability to know and manipulate your body with compounds.
AnonWell let me ask you this, is there anything over the counter that would recommend other than the obvious milk thistle and multivitamin? Maybe hmb and zma, Hawthorne berry or anything like that?
tread-mI have an actual suitcase of supps like a 90 yr old or a pharma rep but...basics for me in addition to your liver support would be saw pallmetto, turmeric, fish oil, pottasium, glucosamine chondroitin, multi vitamin. For bp drink tons of water, use your AI in cycle low dose and do plenty of cardio. Take those things to heart in the bp department and likely you keep it controlled. Haw berry you mention seems to have an effect of immunity to it in the bp dept but diet clean enough and drinking lots of water,LIMITING SALT, Good cardio...you likely stay in check. Things can get out of hand and I have a thread somewher of one time not too long ago where I got muyself in trouble. Could not walk to the kitchen without breathing like I had been on a stairclimber for an hour and fortunately I had been there before and an increase in AI and mega water along with a diuretic I knocked it out in 24 hrs. Point is, stay on track because even those of us who have ended up in the ER "doing it wrong" a few times lose site of our own advice on occassion. Done right and especially a cruise or first few cycles without being exotic in stacks, this is easy stuff. As we get into this we can talk about signs of prostate swelling and all sorts of little things its nice to know but for now, one step at a time and lets get some bloods knocked out.
AnonThat's sounds like a winner to me. I know a lot of people only care about what's going on with the outside and never really know what's going on with the inside. I stay on top of cardio game a lot and the water drinking, I already slam a gallon of day with my bcaas in with it. I think that's what it basically boils down to his diet and keeping everything at steady blood level to avoid test flu and anything else that could happen. But I will get the OTC's that talked about to stack with it. Thank you for insight and I'll keep you updated on how this turns out for me.

There is little skill in taking steroids! the skill becomes apparant when nutrition can be mastered and manipulated to suit the goal i.e bulking or cutting! noobs i think see the kitchen as a bit girlie and lack in this department... once the kitchen becomes your friend you are on your way to endless successful cycles and fantastic gains time and time over... when they all get this you realise me and you are out of a f-ing job brother and will be back doing security work for rock stars.... Started with just test for 12 weeks, then test and dbol. Dbol for 4 weeks, then a test with tren, then finished test dbol and deca over a month ago. Always ran proper pct. I highly believe in that. Hence why I have everything on hand. I figured it was maybe time to bump the test up. But obviously that's for later down the road. That's why I wanted to ask you guys. Ive never ran eq but after thinking about it, it would probably be a better choice and I would love to run the var at the end. Heard a lot of good things about var.

tread-mI like both directions cd wrote down ther brother so your choice. Yes, the var is nice but for the "tren" type benefit you need the carb work in there as well. With the carb work you will get vascular with var and have those similar effects. Keep us posted on the roll brother and work that kitchen like its all that matters.

Thats right!.. the gym tears and breaks down the mitochondria (muscle cells)then we must drip feed with protein to repair and build new cells... this is the reason we look to feed the body approv 30/40 grams of hi quality pro every 2/3 hours,we never know when the protein receptors are on the hunt so this is the reason for 6/7 small protein rich meals pr day bro... if we neglect to drip feed protein we may miss the exact time when the receptor hooks are grabbing for it... being protein deficient for multiple hours leads to catabolism thats the complete opposite of anabolism which is the what we are trying to promote here... taking onboard casein protein last thing before bed stops us from going catabolic overnight due to being a good source of slow release proteins... administering aas heightens all these functions greatly but! if we fail to get the nutrition absolutely spot on we miss out on what could be amazing new growth and size.... get these basics down and you are well on your way to a great new physique... fail with these principles and we become the guy we all know at the gym who has trained and strained for 10yrs but looks the same now as the first day he entered the pain pit.

tread-mCan you see all those that START with tren? Its insane...lol. thats like starting a kid on moonshine with his first wet whistle out of the gate. Yup, luck plays a role with many and some not so much. I do a lot of trt work and it amazes me how many people in their early to mid or even late 20's need trt already from not knowing the dangers. Some of course have freak issues with pituitary etc and no gear use before but most have abused early and one pretty common denominator is tren use over and over very young. That may just mean they were frivilous with all oils and not necessarily be specific to tren but either way, its a thought process by where patience is the key ingredient missing and unfortunately in this world that may be the most important ingredient. "I want it now" is the new way.
cdaddy7Yes sir I sure can. It was just the fact that when I started my gear runs that the French finajet was not available any more is the only reason i probably didn't jack myself up on it. I was young and ignorant to the choices I made and the fact it would effect me for the rest of my life. It was years before Tren resurfaced but it has made the come back in a bad way with the novices. The brief info he gave on Tren and using it was a huge red flag to me he knew Tren but didn't KNOW Tren. I really think these guys get on the profile and they see that 500:500 ratio vs test 100:100 and they go with notion that they can get more bang for buck but they are trading their souls to the health devil. Tren trend is very scary bc these guys are putting themselves at risk for the sake of their ego. I always try to find viable options to Tren unless they have done ten cycles, plateaued and their diet is on point. Most the time when u look at all three of these variables of cycles/training/diet, the answer usually lies in their and not the Tren. All we can do is to continue to educate and point them in the right directions and hope they took it and processed it and make the best decision for themselves
tread-mEggzachary! We sort of are on the same page. My mistakes were lessened by availability as well because we used what was in ole dudes trunk today! Lol luckily usually it was test and oral primo etc as opposed to pellets! Lol

cdaddy7You have to understand that Tren and test compete for the same receptors so there's no need for a huge dose of test like that. Tren has a stronger affinity to bind hard to the androgenic receptor so you leave a ton of test free to convert to estro. U follow me? It sounds like u have used it, and improperly and have gotten lucky and dodged a bullet. Lets not take any more chances my man. Lets do this one right

AnonShould I just cut the tren back to 200mg or trade it for a trenA ? Got caber coming. The only goal that I really have is to reach 205. I was going to run the test for 10 weeks and the tren for 8. I know tren is a awesome compound but if the tren and test fight for the same receptors should I just cut the tren out completely and run primo or does it fight for the same receptors also? Not real familiar with primo. Would you just recommend dropping the test to say like 500 or 600?V
cdaddy7Test for 12wks for best results. Primo is gold but is best at a run for 14-16 wks and it's very expensive. Equipoise is another quality mass buider but has to be ran 14-16.
Two options based on my opinion and your stats to get you to 205:
Simple cycle
1-4 Test prop 100mg/EOD
1-12 Test E or Cyp @ 500mg/wk split doses
13-14 Test Prop 100mg/EOD
AI of your choice on deck for issues
Start PCT 3 days after last prop injection
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nova 40/40/20/20
OR
1-16 TEST E or Cyp @ 500mg/wk split doses
1-14 EQ @ 400mg/wk split doses
AI your choice. Arimidix or aromisin (adex .25mg EOD--ar 12.5mg)
Start PCT 15 days after last shot
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nova 40/40/20/20
Very simple but yet very effective in getting you where you want to be with your goal and with quality gains. We will get back to tren at a later cycle my man so you don't mess yourself up. Hope this helps
