99ml of distilled water + 1-2ml of benzyl alcohol through a .45pore whatman into a sterile vial and there's your bacteriostatic water. This is what I do. Perfect.

LOL...yeah, bad idea. A bad, stupid idea. Bacteriostatic water is cheap as shit, buy some. And acetic acid is acetic acid, not even close to distilled water. Also, cheap as shit. Don't take any advice from your friend, find a smarter circle.
