Lump in nipple from Deca
This guy at my gym is doing a Deca + Winstrol + Test cycle I had previously advised him against but he decided to do it anyway. I think he's been on it for two months or so and lately has developed a hard lump in the chest. He says both nipples are sore and the lump that has developed is not in the nipple area but above it. My diagnosis, of course, would be Prolactine build up (unless you guys think otherwise).
This is where the good part comes: I start asking him about which AI's he's taking and he doesn't know what those are or what they do. No Arimidex, no Arimasin, no Cabergoline, NADA.
So, how would you guys treat something like this: a fresh lump in the chest the size of a coin most probably from Prolactine build up. Will starting Caber now fix it? Should I recommend him something stronger like Letrozole? Should he quit the cycle (he already took the Testosterone out of it - I bet his dick is like a limp noodle n ow).

Sounds like the onset of gyno.
I went with aromasin (exemestane) but it took time to go away.
2nd time around i got it from not taking any anti's and had to go for Letro because nothing else was touching it. With the Letro it was gone in no time. I wouldn't do any flat bench pressing for a bit, i would do inclined and other upper chest and shoulder exercises.
Do you think the kind of exercise you do has an impact on gyno?
Wow. He needs to be sure it is gyno which it sounds like it is. So both nipples are sore? Painful? Hard bumps under the Nipple? Has he tried squeezing the nipple to see if he lactates? If he did lactate that would indicate Prolactin Gyno.
Either way beginning a Prolactin Inhibitor like Caber/Prami/Bromo and a Aromatase Inhibitor ASAP is the smart way to go. Reading up on Letrozole is a must. Dosing for Gyno reversal is a tricky thing. Some guys prefer a low dose to begin to see what dose their body reacts to. While others feel waiting too long with a low dose just allows the gyno to advance even further. Letrozole is a very harsh med so I prefer not to advise on a particular dosage. But I can say the place to find the dosing I would use on myself cN be found on Basskilleronline. Google it and look for Anit estrogen and gyno reversal in one of the sub categories on the site.

Thanks pal. I'll tell him to start on Caber and Aromasin ASAP and wait to see if they dissolve the lump by themselves. If they not, I'll look into Letro.
Not sure how to dose those two, though. Everywhere I look I read different opinions.
I would do the Caber @ .5mg eod and the Aromasin @25mg every day. Once he notices some improvement he should lower the dose by half. Some guys will respond to the dose of Aromasin and not need Letrozole but if by 10-14 days he has no significant improvement he needs Letrozole ASAP. He should get some labs done ASAP to determine his prolactin levels and E2 level is. Knowing that would help him with the dose.
