What is the BEST Way to Keep Strength Gains after Cycle? And How many Cycles a Year is Safe?
ad
I really want to know the Best WAY PCT to introduce to my cycles so that I keep more size and strength when I come off, so I'm not SO anxious to get back on. I usually use test prop 1.3 cc eod, t-bol, proviron, & anavar ON. Nolva 40-40-20-20 and Clomid 100-50. I'm 27 play football, train hard, eat big, and lift heavy year round! I would also Love some input how many cycles I can safely do a year? Time ON = Time OFF is what I'm going by... Thanks!

Thanks for all the input guys! I will continue to cycle for obvious reasons, and also to help with injuries that hinder me at times.
read oral use and not a lot of oil?
TX is spot on re/diet off cycle but i would not expect to keep much from t/bol and var, thats not cycling imo thats playing with tabbies, try a proper cycle and see the difference for yourself.
P.S. i hope you go ballistic with liver support running them orals bro.

I get tested and I already get high blood pressure and decrease in endurance when on prop. What compound do u suggest I add that wont negitivily affect football attributes. I cycle these cuz that get out of my system in two months or less.
TxBigBoyI feel the same as Viking, wouldn't want to suggest anything gear related due you blood pressure issues. I will though suggest things you can do to help with bp if you continue to cycle. I've found CoQ10 to work very well for bp and also hawthorne berry.
I cant suggest anything if you suffer from high blood pressure bro... i would not like to be the one that made it worse... and if you are being drug tested i would suggest going natural... seriously.
CleyonThese responses are what makes this forum great! While we all love getting massive, and ripped, being healthy is more important. Get that BP undercontrol, and then get back to building mass.
zewii agree.
TxBigBoyMore steroids! lol jk, your strength is going to decline after being ON regardless that's just part of it. If your are cycling several times a year and plan to continue doing so for quite some time then I'd take advantage of your time OFF to lower the weight a bit. It will give things like your joints and tendons the much needed rest after being ON for 10+ weeks lifting heavy. As far as size you just need to keep eating big. Keep the protein and carbs up after your cycle and don't miss meals just cause your not ON and you'll keep a good amount of your gains. as far as how many to run a year well that depends on your goals and health. Like you said time ON+PCT equals time OFF so depending on how long your cycles are IE 10 weeks, 16 weeks, etc you can do the math. It's important though if your running multiple cycles a year to get bloodwork done and I suggest a liver panel as well.
zewinice..yepers what TxBigBoy said.. X2
