fact or fiction? (HGH)
ad
I've been using high quality HGH for a couple of years now. I've run it solo in the past and think its great for quality lean gains and recovery. My question is that a doctor friend of mine who also runs GH said that you shouldn't eat two hours prior to or after injections, something about it doing something to your insulin and minimizing the benefits. I did some research online and there has been others who support this claim, what do ya'll think?

HGH is best split into 2 equal doses because of its short hal-life of only a couple hours.
One injection should be in the morning before breakfast, and the second ideally just before your post-workout meal.
Taking HGH in the evening/at night is absolute crap, because there is no significant IGF-1 production as you are not taking in any food during sleep. Furthermore, doing this will only shut off your natural HGH secretion that normally happens during sleep.
Make sure that the meal after HGH injection contains a large amount of easily digestable protein, as well as a high amount of carbs. Fat intake should be kept low for this particular meal.
BTW, not eating after an HGH shot is just as unwise, because the food spikes your insulin levels thereby aiding the HGH in IGF-1 production.
AnonI am doing the 2 hours either side. 2iu's ED at noon. I figure my natural GH is released about 1am, so every 12hrs I am getting a dose, one natural and one supplemented. Less than 3 weeks on Test P & C and popp'n out already :-) I firmly believe in the "empty stomach" based on my results with what is agreeably a low dose.
Mad MattIm not sure about 2 hours but yes theres some truth to this..
I leave one hour either side....
