What do you guys think of greg plitts 1 meal a day approach?

Okay greg plitt is the rippedest motherfucker I know... and I am a member at his website. anyway in his video he discusses how he eats 1 meal a day between 2-6
and the rest of his meals throughout the day are not chewable(protein shakes im guessing?) he says that your body spends to much time digesting when you eat 6-8 meals a day and not repairing micro tears, blah blah. whats your take?

Sounds like Intermittent Fasting to me. I like it.

Honestly, I'm a fan of Gregg. However, i think hes on more than just ''protein'' He's ripped, yes. But he's not huge. I would say he's on some type of test. Maybe not even injections, maybe Androgel, which would keep his test levels up without bulking him up. I also suspect he does, or has done, some HGH injections. His work ethic is second to none, so regardless of whether he does any of this, nobody knows, but Gregg. As far as all that proten shake meal replacement, that would give me the shits. I'd personally stick to three meals a day, making breakfast a priority. Solid food is always better than proten shakes, if that solid food is the right, clean food.
