I just saw this article and it interested me because I know many people use Hushmail. Very interesting read even beyond the Hushmail information.
What do you guys think of this?

Seems this has happend to a number of people, me included.
So hushmail is bad. But they were arrested for stuff that they did from 2007-2009 before the black market went tor based and before they were using bitcoins. I still would prefer to use bitcoins I think they are safer for the supplier and buyer.
Bicoins payments are much cheaper than Western Union.
Based on my research I would agree with you.
Read up on tormail. it is the only real safe email out there. Google it.

UFOLOL...this is a lot different then all hushmail emails being intercepted. NO email provider is safe if LE thinks you are doing illegal transactions through it.
But this wasnt even about hushmail, its about an online drug store called SilkRoad which you can only get to using a tor browser. Im talkin you could buy straight afghan heroine by the kilo, coke, mdma literally anything you could think of through that site. I'vechecked it out and its super sketchy even though I know people that have recieved goods from it. Shit, they even had an armory section of the site where people would drop ship fully automatic AKs to a GPS site. I was just waiting for that shit to get shutdown.
