Deca Application

ad

So here is the million dollar question. We all know that in order for Deca to be an effective anabolic it needs to be heavily supplemented with protein to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. I don't want to use it for that purpose. I only want to use it for its join relief benefits. Do you still need the positive nitrogen for efficacy or just make sure your consistent on your shots. Further, how many mg do you suggest? To cruise on Test and Deca I was thinking 500 of each on low cal diet for joint relief and happy boners:) Any have any input? This would last about 10 weeks since I'm already running hrt.

ime a dose as low as 200mgs once per week would help(maybe even lower). but then again i cant think of any links to back that claim up lol. but i know that you wont need 400-500mgs per week to benefit from the "lubricity". i would say to just try it out at different doses and see how it goes, but def try to keep your blood levels as stable as possible even tho the ester is long.

100mg per week should be helpful for joint support, but no more than 400mg is necessary.

what about the food/protein though. That was the other part of the question. Is it necessary for joint support benefits?

Im on 1000mg/week... doesnt help my joints at all. maybe coz im young? Who knows.
Deca also as you said need very high protien intake to do its job.
Im downing 750mg protien daily.
It also needs high calories... even.says it on the insert when.i.get it from v pharmacy!!!

100mg/week will only cause a nice hard shut down... and long recovery mate.
The only time ive heard of such.low doses.being.used is in.studys where they intend to stop test production in males... fast!
Now days they GrHN i think??

Well it definitely helps my joints. The protein intake is for the desired anabolic effect however aids patients take it to fight muscle wasting with much less protein intake. It's my thought that the joint benefit and caloric intake are not linked together.
