Can't stop putting peanut butter in my Shakes!

Man, I tell ya. ever since I started putting peanut butter into my protein shake I just can't even drink one without em'. Does anyone have any awesome recipes for shakes that may be a better alternative with lower calories. I usually take two big scoops of peanut butter and drop it in! Thats like 2-400 calories every time.. I just am thinking there is probably a better solution. Laters

Worste fucking food addiction for me is damn peanut butter. I'm convinced it's mixed with heroin or some addictive substance. That damn fat hits me when I start on the met RX chocolate with a BIG ass scoop of the peanut buttrr

Man peanut butter is great !!!!

Great for cutting or bulking.. good source of fats and protein.

3 eggs
2 cups spinach
1 cup carrots
1 banana
2 tbs macadamia nut oil
1 cup milk
1 scoop whey isolate
1-2 scoops PB (all natty)

^^^^ This is how I start every day !

So I guess the point of my post is keep up with the PB bro !

i put 2-2 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in my shakes, lots of calories tho!

Offnote....the natty peanutbutter doesn't have all the funky additives....especially on a cutter.

My shakes i use chocolate whey in my coffee. Generic mocha! Lol

Can u just grind the coffee beans with your shake! Would that still give u the caffeine? Or would u have to brew it before mixing?

Ya...it would give the caffeine. Maybe a lil grainey tjough. Lol! Hadn't tried yet. I remember eating chocolate espresso beans. Tadty but got Hella stuck in teeth. Looked like a nut. Lol
