best cheap foods for building clean mass

I just want to know what foods that have a ton of good clean calories and a ton of protein that's cheap, I'm trying to gain 30lbs quick,I weigh 220, I'm trying to get to 250, any ideas?

oats, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, romaine lettuce hearts, broccoli, spinach, chicken boob, turkey, fish(tilapia or swai is what I get) peanut butter, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, raisins, i buy sirloin steak and ground sirloin.
Thanks for the info guys, any info on the best kind of steak for protein and creatine that's fair priced? I'm thinking about steak, chicken and something high in carbs and other things that's high in aminos and other vitamins, so if somebody can help me with a everyday meal plan, it would be very helpful and much appreciated
sgtstedankoThis is what I use. But, I'm lean mean 185 pounds of me : ) That being said. I never really go for bulk... You could add to this, bigger portions, yada yada yada...
Meal Plan
Morning: Pre Workout
1-2 scoops whey or soy Protein isolate Powder w/ 1 cup of coffee & cold distilled water, mixed with, Taurine & barley grass powders (sometimes Beet root powder throughout the day, as well)
Meal 1: Breakfast
8 Egg Whites, 1 Yolk (Omelet)
1/2 cup steel cut Oatmeal, 1/2 cup quinoa w/Water & cinnamon
1 Banana
1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
Snack 1:
1 Protein Bar
Meal 2: Lunch
creatine hydrochloride mixed w/grapefruit juice
5oz Chicken Breast (baked or grilled)
1 medium Sweet Potato (cooked w/cinnamon)
1 tbsp MCT Oil & balsamic vinegar on a Kale Salad, w/ slivered carrots & almonds
Snack 2:
1 Apple
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
20 unsalted Almonds
Meal 3: Dinner
6 oz baked Turkey Breast, Or red meat two-three times per week (grass fed beef)
1 cup steamed Spinach
Sometimes a half cup or so of Greek yogurt w/cinnamon, OR 1 cup quinoa made with whole goats milk.
Before bed. ZMA, washed down w/Casein Protein shake, mixed into almond milk
This might sound completely stupid but if I dont work out till after snack 2 where should I put the morning pre work out?

sgtstedankoYou are very welcome. Let me know how you like it, brother. Of course you could add in Brussels sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, etc, etc, etc. Sub out apples for a piece of fruit of your choice, etc. Just Do your math, see what you need, & add to it. You cant eat much cleaner than that... If it were me, I'd probably just double up on everything : )
if you got a membership to sams, costco or Bjs they usually sell ground turkey in bulk and I make turkey pattys straight with no buns or anything. i use a food scale to make sure they all weigh the same. turkeys lean and is full of protein.
greek yogurt is good and I personally think it tastes better than cottage cheese but I eat them both.
sgtstedankoThis is what I do... Skinless Chicken breasts, in 40 pound bags. 90% soy protein isolate powder in 11 pound bags. I've got a post (linked) read it all, or skim down to the shopping on the cheap part, adding that stuff in with the above chicken boobs & protein powder.

Chicken tenderlings. Big bag for $8. Almost no fat. Good protein. Bland bland...so add no sugar sauces
