I was really late for work, and because of yesterday's drama hadn't made my meals. So I went down to the cafeteria at my office to see what there was that I could eat. They must have known I was coming, because they had grilled zuchini, topped with grilled chicken and chili's for a side I got a stuffed bell-pepper. Great meal, and other than the sauce (which has more salt that I need) it was pretty much in the game plan! I might make this for myself at home!
