Tren strength

ad

So the past couple months I've been experimenting with tren and been loving it. I started out with a nice low dose and worked my way up and so far things have been amazing. It really is all about finding your sweet spot. Sides really haven't been an issue for me even at relatively high doses but what concerned me today was my strength and the possible consequences it could have. Today I made the choice to lower my dose back down a little do to my drastic increase in strength. I knew something wasn't right when I had 2 plates strapped to the dip belt and I could easily hit 15 reps and not blink an eyelash. My concern with this is because of my elbows. I noticed today after my workout that my elbow felt really tight and was a little inflammed. I just got over a nice little ligament tear and I've been having a hard time holding back with this new found strength. Basically what I'm saying is that guys even though you feel like you could lift the entire gym just make sure your always listening to your body and don't let your ego and determination get in the way of listening to what it's trying to tell you.

I do dips once in a while.I like them more for tries the most but they take a lot of stress so I limit them.

dips arent exactly the safest exercise either. it puts a lot of strain on the rotator cuff. but yeah good move. safety first Smile

X2 I've 100% never used them.... at least not for chest. Some dip machines are ok.... but body weight dips require mor skill to isolate chest/tris and as he said are hard on shoulders...... as are body weight wide-grip chins!

I agree 100% I think it's dangerous. The way I normally describe it when I try to explain to ppl is, no matter how much weight I add, it feels like empty boxes! I have a relatively small frame. My ligaments, tendons, bones aren't huge. It is very dangerous and fairly easy to hurt yourself! I found my sweet spot. If I run 80mg/daily of tren a, my sides are minimal and my strength is super human! I have experimented and tweeked the dose, lower, higher and no matter the dose, the strength is there! Another strange occurance for me on tren is how good I feel. Almost like a test or dbol euphoria. I'm extremely pleasant, but have a tendancy to snap easier. Other than the amazing strength gains, the best part of running tren is the hardening effect. Any weight you gain on tren will be quality, lean muscle that will stick. You just have to be sensible when training. I dont care if you feel like you could rep 495 on the bench for 12, just don't do it, lol!

I get the same feeling on the tren. Its like someones there helping you lift those heavy ass weights. That's also why I'm a little hesitant to throw winny in at the end of a cycle. The pumps I've been getting off npp have been rediculous. I get pumps in my legs from shopping with the wife for just a short while. I do bicepts and tris in the same workout and it feels like my arms could explode after just a little bit.

I take tumuric for joints and bp. Also I take glucosamine chondriton year round. I tried not taking glucosamine for a while and it caught up to me in my shoulders. Do you get the tren nightmares? I had a buddy that stopped tren cause he musta had a badass nightmare. He didn't tell me about the nightmare, but I've had a few, just not so bad that it would cut a cycle short.

I love NPP but i'm afraid of it. Strange as it may sound, I respond better to tren than npp as far as sides. NPP made me feel like sex was the least important thing in the world, while on tren, it's top priority! Both 19-noretestosterone's, neither aromatise, both have potential for prolactin/progesterone related effects, but only NPP has negative effects. I loved the gains, but even with higher test I couldn't manage the sides. Maybe I just need some tweeking next time. IMHO tren is superior! But relevant to the post, Nandrolone has capablities for connective tissue repair and lurication of the joints which assist during workouts!

Lol, i'll have to try that. Is caber superior to prami?

Pm me godlike. Lets talk about npp.
