ad
Does anyone else have insane huge stretch marks under thier arms? Under my right arm is this insane stretch mark. It use to look like acouple small ones but now it's one big one. Not kidding this fucker is atleast 2 inches long and about 3-4 of an inch thick. I was using vitamin e but it's gotten to the point I've just given up.

dbolzThere is two types of strech marks, the red one which you get at first and the white ones which you get if you let the red ones progress. The white ones there is no way back they stick with you for life. For the red ones you can try vitamin e, just take a vitamin e capsule and rub it on your stretch marks, aloe vera or cocoa butter. If a stretch mark goes white just forget it there is no way back from that. All stretch marks come from sudden changes in bodyweight/composition thats why women get them when pregnant and also men get them if they loose/gain a tonne of weight fast. Not hormone related imo
tread-mTo thicken the plot and just really mind F you, that sudden Weight change either direction would cause a hormone imbalance in and of itself....ahhhhhhh, now you have more to think about don't you! Lolol.....ever leave a class and feel dumber than when you got there? Thats happening to me now! Lmao
dbolzThat could well be mate but speaking from experience cause i was huge in weight when younger i am 100% sure that stretch marks are due to rapid changes in body composition rather than hormone changes. If they were due to hormone changes i would still be getting them. Since i lost all that fat i had, i dont thankfully. Even while growing from gear i dont get any new ones cause i still have extra skin from the past to fill. Also another reason is diet of course. You will see that in most men/women that like their nasty carbs, coca colas, crisps etc they will get them, the ones that eat healthy not so much. Similar to cellulite.
TxBigBoyI think the idea we had behind hormonal imbalance was that since collagen production is regulated by hormones and collagen is what allows your skin to stretch and repairs itself, there was some kind of correlation between the two. I agree with you when you say stretch marks are caused by rapid growth cause that's 100% true. But if you had an imbalance in collagen it would make you more suceptable to stretch marks when growing, and if you had an abundance then you probably wouldnt have marks. This is why doctors prescribe collagen promoting creams to fix the marks because it's the collagen your lacking.
dbolzThat could well be it cause for any scar tissue they prescribe collagen. Not sure though if someone at the age of 17-18 can have insufficient collagen synthesis. My skin was always thin but thats hereditary not hormone related. I think the extra collagen is what they prescribe cause its the only thing that might cure scarring which is what stretchmarks are, in most cases the extra collagen does nothing. I highly doubt i was lacking any hormones at the time we are talking about young age here. I used to be 245lbs+ at 17 and went to 135lbs at 19. If i was to stay fat and maintained that weight i would never had those marks, so maybe you guys are right if the weight loss is what triggered the collagen deficiency. I have seen a case from scarring after surgery from a relative where collagen shots/creams did nothing. It certainly not a definite cure for scarring.
TxBigBoyI was hoping since mine is still very purple and deep the cream or collagen injection would help. Honestly id be fine with it just turning white and staying there. I'm more worried about it ripping and giving me problems. At this point I think even if there was an issue with hormones causing it, it would be very hard to pinpoint it and correct the issue.
dbolzIf they are purple/red there is still hope to cure them but you have to do it fast. Yours sounds like fresh wound when they turn to scars thats it. I still got white ones under my right bicep and they have been there for 10 years+
Highly doubt they will rip open never heard/had anything like that. Try vitamin e caps as well they worth a shot. Are yours bleeding in any way? I would head to the docs if they are that bad
TxBigBoyNaw No bleeding yet. I was using vit E on them last cycle and it was like it magnified them. There was like three really close and they merged into one huge one. I'm gonna pick up some retin A and see if it helps.
bro mine are like 5 inches from chest to shoulder. and 4 inches from back to shoulder. i hate it, but i love being huge more. i just wish i could have the best of both worlds.
TxBigBoySo after researching a little I found most doctors prescribe Tretinoin or retin A(brand name). It promotes collagen to rebuild the skin. I found it on alldaychemist for acouole bucks so I think I'ma grab some and I'll let y'all know what's up. Also I was thinking about just straight up collagen injections around the stretch mark. Idk is that to crazy?
AnonTretinoin products scare me... just don't cake it on there and use conservatively. Retina A isn't putting people in the hospital like accutane is but I still don't trust the shit.
TxBigBoyHopefully once things calm down they will change it back
Myobolix-PharmaMine have been to the point of bleeding
TxBigBoyMan that's what I was afraid of. The skin is so thin right there it looks like it could break at any point.
Myobolix-PharmaYeah man, I still haven't found anything to really do any justice for them.. especially since they are sooo deep
TxBigBoyDamn that's rough bro. I'll let you know if I find anything, ima start researching
tread-mTx as you research look to hormone imbalance. I remember reading something pretty extensive about this a long time ago and it had nothing to do with stretching it was the hormone imbalance that made an area of growth vulnerable to a stretch look. Wish I could remember more of it but it was forever ago! Thats just memory too it may be that it was one bit of info and not accurate at all. Interested to see what you come up with. I have had some huge growth spurts when. Much younger (big dbol, test runs) and in fact , had one period where I was on a big cycle and was popping a pound a day in average eating any and everything including swhit food and never had them so makes me wonder the vulnerable common denominators...let us know.
TxBigBoyI'll definitally look into it. Fixing the current problem is only half the battle, if you can't find preventative measures then it will just be a reoccurring issue. Some kind of hormonal imbalance makes sense though. Think about it, women are the most saceptable to stretch marks during pregnancy. That's also when their hormones are the most imbalanced. Think your on to something
tread-mSame point my wife made as we discussed it here earlier. She remembered talking about it back when I was reading about it somewhere. Guys like us hate to do anything unnatural but brother , you may end up having to go on some kind of steroid to fix this : (
TxBigBoyDamn I knew it would come to this! Always trying to make me take something else. If only prop could just fix it. I think I might rub a little on tonight and see what happens

The wife and I were talking about it earlier and we started thinking maybe progesterone. It effects collagen and is very low after birth which would be the time its needed the most to repair the skin while stretching and becoming loose. Idk just throwing stones at this point trying to hit something. I'll do some more digging tomorrow but I'm really liking to collagen injections at this point. Anything to stick myself with more needles
tread-mThats starting to kinda ring some bells, that would be directly effected by estrogen which makes even more sense given what we do. Keep looking and I'll do some as well once I get through a few thousand PM's I've neglected this weekend! That little wife of yours is a keeper brother and she makes Huevos Rancheros then hell, I'd keep her around for another year or two...this one may be a 3 yr keeper as crazy as a shit house loon as that sounds!
AnonLet me know too brotha I've had the one on my left pec bleed before....It's always pink and nasty. Got a while before I have to worry about it getting that bad again though as I can't bench heavy anymore = it'll take me forever to catch up to where my pecs used to be. Gotta love injury.
I also cannot even attempt to do incline lol...
TxBigBoyYa for sure brother. Damn I hope I don't end up like that lol. I couldnt imagine how bad it would be if it rips. I'll post up a pic later cause this bitch is huge! Its a little bigger than a Chapstick tube
I used Aloe Vera Oil and it seemed to dull them out a little. Women often use it to stop stretch marks during pregnancy.
yes i have massive stretch marks all over my body...literally everywhere accept my calfs shoulders stomach neck and face
Mine went from pec insertion towards chest center but never that thick. For me...the vitamin e made it worse! The skin loosened with the oil and allowed it to stretch more. You're just a huge bro...so its gonna happen. Ser if eliminating the E helps.
TxBigBoyJust realized I couldn't give you guys points in here cause its off topic, kinda sucks cause I feel like this is info that deserves points.
TxBigBoyWell shit maybe that's what happened, It didn't merge together until I started using the vit E. mines starting to come out into the pec as well, you can see it bad now when I flex. It's weird cause my left side barely has any. Eh your right, guess I'm just getting to big for my skin
Long ago I'd read vit e liquid was miracle for stretch repair. Til i applied it. The pec insertion at pit area got maybe 3/8 thick. Much better after stopping. Hope it helps.
TxBigBoyYea my wife got me some mederma stuff for it, costs about $50 so hopefully it will help. Really just want the color to fade a little
