is it possible to lose muscle using tren/test????

ad

maybe im just seeing things but i think i lost some muscle in the past 2 days. i started off at 50mg tren ED for about 2 weeks, then i upped it to 100mg ED for a week and recently i dropped it back down to 50mg, im waiting for more and i dont wanna run out.

anyways, my calories are probably at 2000, 50g carbs from a direct source (ezekiel bread), and around 250g protein. i might be crazy, or i might have just been flat the past couple days. cant wait to up my tren back to 100 ED that was fuckin sick

No way to measure muscle loss like that over a 2 day period. Looks like your diet is "off" no matter which way your are trying to go. I'd say better planning and better execution on the next run would yield much better results.

The only 2 things that can change your body composition inside of 2 days is your glycogen and your water, nothing on the planet can allow you to measure if you lost or gained muscle inside of 2 days, very silly observation on your behalf.

you wont loose muscle very easly but i guess if your cals are very low i wouldnt rely on the aas to 1005 not go canabolic.

Protein intake should be much higher bro,
bulking 2.2g/pound
cutting 2.5g/pound + BCAA between meals/protein

Are you bulking or cutting mate? my basal metabolic rate is higher than 2000cals haha, thats only 2 meals for me!!!

What was it like on 100mg tren/ED?? keen to try it, just a big pussy though, Ide have to start at 1/4 of that and work up weekly, worried about mental sides

You're on low carbs, as such, you're not going to be holding as much glycogen in your muscle tissue as normal. Don't worry dude your actual muscle tissue is probably the exact same size, if not a little bigger from the tren.

A lot of people dieting think they lose muscle tissue but they've just lost a bit of size from lower glycogen and are holding less water. Load up on carbs this weekend and you'll quickly look thick and solid i guarantee it.
