Critique my diet!

OK, for starters, I'm 6' tall 210lbs, 38yrs old, and @15-18% BF. I try to eat clean, and avoid fast food as much as possible. So here is my typical daily diet.
6am: 1/2 cup of egg whites with a tablespoon of picante sauce
8am: Bowl of oatmeal (about half a cup)
10am: Protein shake (currently using Pro7ein Synthesis)
11:45: Pre-workout drink (BCAAs, argenine, and taurine), teaspoon of peanut butter, teaspoon of honey
2pm: 1/2 cup of brown rice, 10oz steak or chicken, 1/2 cup of vegetables
4pm: Protein shake
6:30pm: Steak or chicken, medium baked patato, steamed vegitables (1/2 cup)
9pm: protein shake
9:30 off to bed!

CleyonThat's a good one Greg! I used to chow down on that when I was in HS, back when I was in great shape. I'll have to throw that in as one of my snacks.
I try my best to burn fat. so i consume all clean calories
My work schedule sucks but here how my eating goes
130pm Breakfast smoothie 2/3 cup egg white, 1 banana, 15 frozen strawberries, 2 table spoons of all natural peanut butter, one scoop of EAS vanilla whey
430pm either can of sardines or a salad.
630pm 5 cups of variety vegetable, sweet potatoes and chicken breast or salmon home made soup, 2 slices of multi grain bread or buckwheat, with a banana for desert
830pm 1/2 cup pistachios
1130pm workout
130am lots of chicken breast or fish. i just stuff my self with it for my post work out and 2 slices of multi grain bread or buckwheat
Looks like hungry in the morning. Fast digestible foods. Maybe switch the 10....2? Just to help hunger pangs.
also where is your fruits? get some bananas ans berries in for breakfast and a banana in with your lunch.
what kind of potatoes are you eating? also cut the oatmeal if your trying to burn fat. if you dont have a fat burning goal then +1 for the oatmeal.
