Yeah there really isn't a best, the best weight loss program is one that is tailored for...YOU. Make a diet with the foods you enjoy, cardio program you can keep up, foods that fit into your price range, a feeding style that fits your workout regime, ultimately its up to you to do your homework and make a program that fits you!
Bro, there are a lot of wrestlers weight cut books that have reasonable diets that are, IMO a lot more realistic that some of the stuff I have seen out there. Stuff you will eat and not have to spend $500 a week and 20 hours prep time. They focus on wrestlers keeping the muscle while cutting the weight.
I she do so and up that var to 80
Thanks bro!
Fiber and lax pills tho?
sgtstedankoNot a problem, my sweet spot was honestly around 100. Night & day @ 80 though. Yes, fiber & lax pills, most definitely. Trust me, brother. If you do the bodyopus especially, which is the one I'm familiar with. You will live by them; otherwise there's a good chance that you'll end up like the king. If you know what I mean : (
I did 50 but I'll hit 100 although that's pricey.
If you have a nook search their "diet" section holy crap man there is so much shit out there
sgtstedankoBest? I don't know about the best; that being said. Cardio, calorie deficit, gear & minimal Carbs, if any. & you're golden. It's all diet & cardio, dude. Look into the bodyopus, or ultimate diet. & invest in fiber & lax pills. Oh & make sure to run your var @ around 80mg ed : )
