Cruise 250 test 4 weeks
Only did my sustanon Jab yesterday so can put back in the Test E but and wanted to try sustanon since i never have...
Reason for higher dosages is that i need to try gain 8lbs for lean mass before end of august before my pre contest cycle. (Yes i know diet plays a major role lol)
Diet is 300-400gram protein per day, 200-400 carbs and 50grams EFAS.
Just thinking would it be better for me to stick to Test E or sustanon?
would the Enanthate ester be "wasted" as there is deconate in the Sust.
how does the cycle look?

finished university for the summer now. Can properly concentrate on my getting orders out and diet and training. So far 60mg tbols gave me headaches so i lowered it to 40mg now. My appetite is going now which has pissed me off so i might drop it all together and throw in anavar. but since this is my heaviest cycle yet im kind of reluctant lol. going to mash my quads now after my 2nd meal. will post up leg pics tommorow
would there be any benefit to throw in 12.5mcg of T3? to increase appetite?

thanks bro i figured sust should be shot EOD so i thought id go all out and do 1amp EOD and throw in orals later to increase a synergy lol. Im gonna throw my pics up please take a look if you can and let me know if i should hold off for a little longer before doing my first show.

Just read everything on here twice then i dont drop a bollock,everything looks ok to me so far,cycle is good diet is good to build the extra mass you are looking for pre/comp.i have run sus upto a show many times with no problems but for the last 6wk you most definatly have to run shorts,you will find it hard to sqeeze out the last traces of water with any long esters floating around.
Also your bodyweight dosnt ring with your current BF% reading to me you sure thats correct bro??? if we went all out with a low carb ripper diet now you would be hitting the stage very light in my eyes,needs double checking brother before we touch on low carbs,we cant set nothing in stone just yet here we need a little more info,i dont want you on a really low carb set up just yet until we have more mass laid down but as tread as already mentioned the last 8/6 wks we have cut your carb intake by 60% to get you stage ready,ideally if we could get you up to around 210 then drop an accurate 5/6% BF that would leave you just under 200 looking good,far better to be on stage at that weight with ripped lean mass then being around 175 with no depth or thickness.
I will definitely switch to shorts 6 weeks out. I will have my stats re checked again but bodyfat wise im sitting around 14-16 percent. Im gonna throw up some pics soon.
As for low carb... my strength dies when i havent eaten properly, so i need the carbs to build mass.
Definatly keep carbs high whilst building bro,what i meant up above was we hit the deck with carbs when you start the short ester run ..... BF% is important right now then we can target a potential stage weight.
tread-mYEAH I'm wirh RD and thats not an untouchable goal by any stretch but I'd be more interested personally how you plan on cruising into close to show and diet there in the final 4 as well as wondering if you are trying to cruise a long ester into the show?
Well the 16 week mark out from the show is on 12th of august (show date is November 18th)
so i can
A)extend the current blast for longer
B)just end the blast at 8 weeks and cruise for eight weeks until the 12th..
C)change compounds/esters for a further 6weeks extending blast but reducing cruising time to 2weeks before precontest diet+cycle)
(not an exhaustive list of possibilites as im flirting aroung with these ideas mostly)
i will switch to short esters pre contest 6 weeks out.
tread-mI have some different thought here but I don't mind this run given the food will control the goal. I'm a cruise from there to 16 then run that fav BB trifecta to close it and switch to fish likely 4 weeks out killing carbs to pre-10 AM below 100. Real interested in your close work brother whether you want to put it here or PM me. I like talking shop here as does Vike and he'll be around in about 6 or 7 hours unless Suze called my name out in the night and then he pouts till about noon his time. Hell he loves me so its all good you know...

Im thinking of continuing the blast for 6 more weeks then ill cruise to the 16 week mark. Does that sound better then? my diet is currently
meal 1:100grams oats, 3scoops protein blend = 50p 60c
meal 2:tbone steak with fat cut, 100 (uncooked weight rice) = 60p 80c
*post workout shake, 50whey iso,50grams dextrose= 45p 50c(only on workout days)
meal 3:2 cans tuna,100 (uncooked weight rice) = 60p 80c
meal 4:lean mince or cod fish with 400grams potatoe = 60p 70c
meal 5:two tubs cottage cheese 3 tbsp EVO = 60p 30f
meal 6:3 scoops protein blend 3tbsp Evo = 60p 30f
i swap my meals around and sometimes have to substitute them with a MRP shake like the one listed in my "meal 1"

tread-mI'm probably a red meat again or maybe cbhicken on that fish meal through this sust run myself and probably even through the cruise to close weeks where the fish comes back. The fish once or twice a week is fine IMO but I'm a red meat guy personally when in a bulk run. Vike can weigh on that given his background. I don't see any bedtime casein which I would have and I hit another half tub cottage cheese at bedtime as well in with my 50 g casein hit in water. Thats again of course through the sauce run here. Vike can help cut you up brother in the close and pull you in looking like overcooked roast so I'd attatch myself to him, he has competed his entire life so ai have personally adopt some of his things in my own world even though I don't walk a stage, i still compete with that mirror every damn day! Hope you keep us plugged in as you roll to the stage here and let us watch and throw constructive critisism at you. Appreciate you including us!

Agree well spotted bro,we need a major dose of casein at bedtime on both phases bulking and cutting this will make a massive difference to growth in the bulk stage and work as a metabolism turbo charger on the cut phase, i would suggest made with skimmed milk on the bulk for added grams of P also it helps you sleep better!!
tread-mStill popping in some cottage cheese at bedtime just curious, do you in any phase or only the casein?
Both phases brother cottage cheese and a casein shake at bedtime,skim milk on the bulker for the added amino complex switching to bottled water for PH and mineral balance on the cutting stage,for me personally this would be 8 week out.
Protein overload helps to make up the cal deficit when reducing carbs,we still want 2500/3000 cals to maintain mitochondria.

Opyimal protein would be 2.2 grams pr lb of bodyweight bro,at your weight we are looking at just over 400g pr day a good dose at bedtime stops you going catabolic and the body feeding on muscle cells (mitochondria) hit 50g casein powder and the added casein in the cottage cheese will be adeqaute brother make the shake up with skim milk for the extra aminos as well ok .
