What brand of protein?

ad

I was using american pure whey protein for a while and the reviews seem to suck ass. Thinking of changing to a different brand. Still want something fairly cheap though, suggestions?

The main thing to keep in mind when choosing protein is to make sure it has digestive enzymes. Without the enzymes, only about 25% - 50% of your liquid protein will have a chance to digest before it finds the back door. Whereby, your cheap protein may actually cost you much more in the long run.

I used to use Nutrisport which was good, but I found this Matrix at a way better price and it has glutamine and BCAA's in it Smile I think this stuff is great I get it from a different source for £40 5KG, lasts me close to a month and a half. Amazing value Smile

1 serving (50grams) 180 calories, 5 grams carbs, 40 grams protein, 12 grams glutamine and BCAA's (not sure exactely how many but it will say on that website)...

1)Syntha-6 if I want something premixed and taste the best(Vitamin Shoppe), 2)Optimum Nutrition for just clean protein and 3)Anabolic Muscle by Healthy & Fit for high calorie, high protein, high carb (most mass gainers have ridiculous amounts of sugar, Anabolic Muscle is by far the best) All available at Vitamin Shoppe. Bodybuilding.com is straight with prices but Vitamin Shoppe I can go get it NOW and cheap. If you're in a bind...EAS is everywhere but might as well pay another $5 and get a jug of Syntha-6 powder

caveat... do not try the Vitamin Shoppe store brand; tastes like shit.

Hands down the best tasting whey on the market. Go for the Strawberry flavor, delicious.

I've been using Scivation whey for years. It mixes easily in a shaker and both the chocolate and vanilla flavors taste great.
