Judge Me... Seriously!

ad

Alright my friends I have been on the avenue of the Palumbos keto for two weeks and have spoke to a few about how this thing is laid out. This is not for the faint at heart and was told this before I started and its certainly shaping up to be that way. By all means this isn't my first cut, just first keto. I am all about absorbing the wisdom that this place has to offer and keto was the overall consensus that was derived when speaking to eroids members. So here is how I have it laid out.

Meal 1:
scoop and a half of whey and 1 serving of cashews.
Meal 2:
5 whole egglands best eggs (high in omega-3) and 4 regular egg whits
Meal 3:
half a head of lettuce, slice tofu cheese, 8 oz of turkey 2 table spoons of natty pb
Meal 4:
2 scoops of whey, 1 serving of cashews
Meal 5:
10 oz sirloin topped with a slice of tofu cheese and 1/4 head of lettuce
Meal 6:
2 talapia fillets and one serving of cashews
Meal 7:
1/2 lbs 90/10 hamburger, head of broccoli
Meal 8:
casein shake 1 1/2 scoops, 2 table spoons natty

Open to all constructive criticism but only educated thought from experience. Any variations in the diet are welcome as well.

What kind of whey? Isolates I hope

Oh yes, that would be a mistake to mess that one detail up due to the diet relying heavily on it.

props to you, I could never put together and stic to a diet like that, I try to get as many clean calories a day in but with 0 breaks at work and I don't take a lunch, just eat as I work. And I fill the rest in with protien shakes, best I can do for now. Good job on the layout and def don't wast your time with iceberg like everclese said

Bro it looks like you got your shit on target... When you say lettuce dont just eat iceberg lettuce it has about as many vitamins as the gallon of water you should be drinking. Choose the leafier greens like spinach, red leaf lettuce, romaine, etc. And the only other suggestion is minimize any and all sodium. Everything has salt in it, but read the labels you want as little as possible. Your striations should really pop after a few weeks w/ no sodium.
Good Work, keep it up!
