PCT workout plan?
Hey bros just hoping to get a little advice on a good workout routine for AFTER cycling. I have read some conflicting articles lately which is my reason for this post.
Its been 22 days since my last inject, did a HCG blast and started my SERMS a few days ago. I've been back in the gym for 2 weeks now(took one off) and still feel good. Still got my stength and stamina for the most part, only lost 2 lbs. Now a month ago I read a loong detailed article on PCT workouts and the author was adamant about only sticking to a 5x5 workout routine during this time to keep mass and strength. So this is what I have been doing with great results thus far. But it's only been 2 weeks so I dont know if my strength will soon start to go downhill or not.
Yesterday I read a post by one of our mods stating to stick strictly to a higher rep lower weight routine with slight burn. IMO with the higher reps I feel like you are burning up more than helping. Can anyone provide their experiences with their PCT workouts and best way to keep gains, routine wise? Thanks bros

DarksideSixsounds like your actual pct is structured good. nicely done! as far as workout, just do what you normaly did. i never change my workout for pct. the most important thing is to make sure you are still eating enough. many people starta diet on cycle, put on 20lbs and then they don't realise that now they have to eat even more to maintain that muscle. just make sure your diet is right and stick with the workout that got you there.
UFOThank you for the reply brother...and all your other help. Just wanted to make sure I wasnt doing myself more harm than good by going 5x5...looks like Ill stick with it.
