Hi guys just a quick update i hope these pics show the vascularity well,this prep has been tough but i am loving the daily changes that are now happening to my body.
Not long to go now just dont fancy the carb depletion stage but i may as well go the whole nine yards now lol.
Still feeling great and holding strength so far but cant wait to pig out again LOL.

Hahahah thanks tread, got to a point now where i feel my body is inside out lol didnt think a human body had so many veins they dont even go down when i relax now,not long now untill the big day then we see if i have worked hard enough lol.

Ok Suzy. Well you are looking to be on the money. Nice separation through the pec and anterior delt tie ins as well as through the bi, tri and brachialis. From the look of your skin it does appear to be thinning out very well. Would like to see how your lower back and legs are coming along as well. Keep up the good work and train the house down. Just remember when it's getting tough that the harder you work the better you will look. If you keep on the path that you are on now you will do very well I feel. You actually remind me of a local Aussie body builder named Christine Enval she also had good thickness as well. All the best and please keep us posted.

phil113kgI bet that right about now you are more concern with getting that last bit of water off then the body fat. The last 2 % will drop off when the water continues to fall. So now you can focus on drying out and not so much on body fat. It was the same for me. My focus was shifted to getting dry as possible while still running the fat burners and the fat issue was solved automatically. So I commend you lady for a job well done and "you look marvelous" as the saying goes.
