This was taken last night when we got home,the day pics were taken by a pro so we will have to wait and see if they can be used on here or not,i took a third place against some giants so i am a happy little bunny 
Bossman took first place again but picked up a virus so he is a little unwell right now,i am sure he will be back to normal in a couple of days,thanks for the best wishes everybody who sent PMs to the both of us

Thankyou H your words are truly appreiciatted coming from a person who truly does understand the level of comittmant and determination it takes to hit such dramatic results... as you know this is a constant process for us 24/7 365 results like this cannot be achieved overnight as some may believe lol... AAS is just simply the iceing on the cake after many many hours of gruelling training and diets that really test the mental metal.

Because we dont have the same restrictions in our country bro,plus she is all over the net anyway,we just dont use photos that we use for sponsership deals etc.
Well Suzy all I can say is that I tip my hat to you once again. Well done. I can honestly say that for you to come in shape again after such a short turn around from your previous comp is fantastic. I doubt there would be too many (me included) that could do what you have done with such a short down time between your last few shows. As you said Viking that is exactly the minimum standard. You should never really leave your contest prep down to the last minute. Should be in shape I feel 2-4 weeks out and play with your carbs and waterintake to make sure you have it sorted for the big day.
This my friends is what viking bodybuilding industries is all about... you can probably now understand why i get so pissed off when i read about all these stupid cycles and bullshit diets!
This is the standard i expect from anyone who runs any of my principles... anything less is fucking rubbish in my honest opinion... NO PAIN NO GAIN!

He sure did,all his preaching about perfect form all pays off in the end when you see muscles developing in the perfect shape,i would never dream of training sloppy ever after ive watched my body change so so much over the past two years,he is a task master but its all worth it i love my new body so much
