Fuuuuuck delt shot in PAIN

After my right delt shot the other day that had some oil leakage, my delt is in pain! The pip is spreading all the way to right before my trap starts. A bit of difference in shooting adds a whole world of pain!

DT-SwoleUsually my delt shot turns out great, very low pip etc. This one that had the oil leakage is in hell right now. PIP spreading everywhere. I gotta make sure to go deeper next time!

Delt shots are a 50/50 for me. I have lots of nerves in my delts. I know immediatiatly if i went through one. If I did go through one the pip turns really bad. Its been so bad that I couldnt workout for a week before.. Leakage happens as well some times. I found adding my right and left side of quads to my pinn rotation better and just stay away from delt shots. Thats just me personally, cause I have lots of underground wire in me delt...
ive pinned my quadsbut not often so they hurt like a bitch afterewards. sore for a few days figured eventually ill get used to it.lol delt and glutes arent a prob anymore, but yeah your right about the nerve. it can be brutal..

was it a short ester or long ester? I just had my first experience with short esters and 1.5 cc prop and 1cc tren a packed a hell of a punch for me. pain,swelling a bit of sickness. i cut the dose in half and found that the pip is almost non existant now. i have hit a nerve in my delt before, my arm twitched a bit and hurt for a few days afterwards. so i try to use the same spot next to a freckle as a reference point. lol hope this helps

Delts will only hurt me for a day, two max.
x2 mine recover faster then anywhere else! But I also test for PIP in other locations and if there is some I dont use delts;)
Good call Roid nothing worse then a swollen delt.
