Thankfully this post is for my bro not me. His boys downstairs have started hurting, like sharp pains every now and then throughout the day. Its his first cycle, currently on week 2 of Test E 500mg w/ and 40 mg dbol ED(tried to recommend 20-30 ED but I cant hand feed dude, it is what it is). Now I'm not too familiar with Dbols since I've only run them once in the past and they were bunk. But my thoughts on this and what I've been telling him is that it is his natty test shutting down...from the test or dbols I don't know. I figured HCG would immediately help? Should he stop or cut back on the Dbols? Thanks for any help

UFOYea thats what I figured...I told him if it got real bad to start the HCG...everytime I have felt it in the past its only for a few days and only a few times total during those days, just figured it was the Test kickin my nuts ass...
This is a sign of testicular atrophy (nuts losing size) happens to all in this game but not all experience pain. From my experience 250 - 500 iu of HCG will have him feeling like a new man.
ive had this too, wasn't on anything either, looked it up and is actually pretty common in all ages has nothing to do with being''on'' and is not serious at all could be from stress , sperm blockage, caffeine, no one knows... tell him to get a massage from his girl ''or guy''
That happened to me when I ran a cycle of Gaspari Nutrition Novedex XT (its a now discontinued test booster)
I never felt any pain in my boys from test shutting down. Maybe he should switch to boxers? LOL
