Bad Genetics vs Hard Work (and a lil science)

Yeah I know, my wife has better calves!
But I'm working hard on mine. It looks like it's paying off.
These shots are 1 month apart. I have "never" had this split in the heads, in my life.

So once again, thanks to the EBC for challenging me, and to the Eroids community for giving me the information and support to keep moving towards my goals. (of conquering the world! mwuhahah, mwuhahahahha, cough! cough!) Ok, not quite there they yet. Gotta work on my evil laugh. ;-P

Thanks D.A., It feels good getting better results at 50, than I did all the time I lifted on and off throughout my life.

Good job bro. I got horrible genetics for my calves so i wear sweat-pants winter, spring, summer and fall lol

Calves are a very stubborn muscle. I train mine 3x a week, high reps.

I know what you mean, tall with skinny legs for me. Another 3-5 years maybe I'll get some meat on these sticks. ;-P

I think you will do good cause your making good gains, then by the time the deca is in full effect you will continue gaining rather then level of. ;) Yesturday, I looked at your EBC entry photos. Then I looked at a more recent photo. I will admit, your traps have stepped up ALOT. Also, your shoulders. You have made all around good gains, but thats what stuck out the most for me. Now you post your calve gains, wow.

There's time for all that (my wife got me a spa gift cert for Christmas, they have tanning). My nephew is a big gear head he was telling me last summer you gotta shave that shit to see the detail. I told him there wasn't no sense shaving a 16" arm, I'll wait till its 18", well I guess its time to shave. But my Bi's aren't hairy, or my chest or....

I have been doing a 3 sec contraction at the top, like with shrugs and it seems to be working. I can work them harder now cause their not cramping like they always used to "naturally".

Just starting Week 6 on the Cyp, 2wks on the Deca. Can't wait for that shit to level up. I should have front loaded it! Hindsight and all.

pats, make sure you run your test for at least 2wks after your last deca shot,deca is evil for bottoming your natty,that will give you more edge Smile
