6 Strawberries, 1/4 cup Blueberries, handful of walnuts, some grapes.

Yes, they are but I went from 52 to 59 in less then a week from posting pics and the right people giving me karma for information I wrote on the pics. But before that I stayed at 52 for ever. Im hoping I get some good gains and will have sombody take pics for me so I can post...and I can share my experiance with diet and training for some more points. Im in it to win it. Tomm is a big gym day...
