Grains, hard gainers and food allergies

ad

Allot of talk about grains and our dietary evolution. IMO and IME grains are user friendly and dependent upon the compatibility of the individual athlete. As a hard gainer I need the long carbs to keep my blood glucose steady as I burn calories doing nothing. Of course I burn more training and working then the average body. Simple as this: if grains bother you don't eat them.

As with any food allergy there are symptoms from lethargic to IBS and skin responses from rash to boils. Wheat, milk, soy, peanuts, shellfish can cause mild symptoms and like the latter two peanuts and shellfish have killed people.

I cut wheat toward summer months when I'll be riding my moped with "the top down" causing old ladies to wreck their cars and break their necks to get a long look at my Doctorly Fine Ass. The wheat and the gear makes for little pimples many guy get.....many could avoid these little pricks but cutting wheat and or milk. You can get a bicycle and practice your Dr Moped game and be like me(oh boy huh).

Going gluten free for a summer and having the pretty boy skin like those fuckers do(ya them) might be for you...it certainly is for me.

Watch the grains like oatmeal and rice fill you up and less on the wheat and dairy or knock them off altogether for 6 months :-) (WPI seems to be the exception).

Sounds like a great idea; I question my ability to pull it off with the family not on my diet...
