supplements & vitamins
I'm 51 years old and started using AAS in the 80's
I had blood work done and all of my PSAs were good. 3 weeks ago I started a Test C. 500MG and a Tren E. 400MG per week cycle mainly to help me recover after shoulder surgery.
I am watching my diet and I also take supplements religiously everyday.
Gold standard Whey Protein
3,000MG fish oil
Super B complex,
1,000 MG vitamin C
Multivitamin
Creatine
Glucosamine Chondroiton
My question is: Am I overlooking any other supplement or peptide that may be beneficial like TB-500 or something? I would like to think if there were anything spectacular about them they would create as much chatter as AAS.
Thanks in advance for your replies and if you have had really good luck with any supplement I would really like to hear about it.

Some people considered that their muscle mass increases with the help of protein supplements that contain certain blends of amino acids, such as creatine and glutamine....
I don't know how much total B you are taking with the Super B complex & Multivitamin... you might be pissing it away.
ZMA and CoQ10
any saw palmetto? or other prostate support? you are the right age...

I take:
maca root..great energy and libido
sublingual DHEA and Pregnenolone for hormone support
ZMA for sleep and recovery
AnonI can not find any pregenolone except online. I called Walgreen and they have it in a powder but its pharmaceutical and requires a prescription. My Family doctor says he don't know how to prescribe it, so i didn't get any.
