Misadventures of a noob....... on dnp

Oh great another dumb ass about to kill himself on dnp..... im sure someones gonna think it, heck someone would even type it soon enuff, but thats me anyway.... a noob on dnp. Before everyone goes all ballistic and crazy, i agree it might not be the best thing i could have started, maybe marijuana woulda been a better choice, hell it woulda been easier to access all the way in this remote part of the world some ppl call the caribbean. After months of research i decided to give it a try, i will be the first to admit however that i am not an expert on the use of the stuff, nor am i an experienced bodybuilder, however i did do english in school and consider myself pretty competent in the art of reading and understanding, and let me tell you, reading i did, and understand i did. i read that it can kill you, and i understood, i read that u shouldnt mess with it, and i understood that too, i read that only a fool would go near the stuff, well momma, after all these years i believe you, a fool i am it seems, yet i understood that too, then i read that its the hottest thing since sliced bread for weight loss, and well... that i understood most of all. Now, armed with a host of reading material and various information taken from forums Conciliator has been on and other places, i think im pretty much ready to cautiously experiment with it. Oh by the way, 6ft, 220lbs, 25% BF.... im a regular jabba da hutt... lmao.

i stoped after about 9 days, lost some weight, but i decided stopping was the safest thing to do, it took me a while to get back on due to technical problems with my net at home, but im still alive......

dnp can have more sides than the heat and so. i read, that most dnp powder/crystal comes out of china and is sometimes contaimned with heavy metals. there was a log from a guy who got neuropathy and has been in hospital for about a month receiving heavy pain medication (which did not help enough). he almost died because pain was so bad he stopped breathing one time. this was not caused by the dnp itself but by the shitty quality. i dont know which brand he used, but there arent many around anyway.

another scary sideeffect from dnp is, that it can cause cateract out of nowhere, even when your cycle is long over. ive been a fat kid too, but as vocor said, working out and dieting is way more rewarding. supps like ephedrine really help me with appetite. i often thought of doing dnp myself, but the cateract thing freaks me out like nothing else. its not worth having a sixpack, if you cannot see it.
nowadays i like tren + gh, the combo really doesnt give a shit about genetics or fatloss-plateaus and probably is way safer than dnp.(not recommending a first cycle here)

also consider: before i did sports, i weighted 100 kg. i started lifting weights, cardio and diet and was down to 80 kg after about 5-6 months. nothing impressive, still had a belly and so. but i got stretch marks. mostly in my armpits, one smaller at my belly. i think with dnp you skin will have much more problems to stay smooth, because you will lose weight so fast. take a look at pictures of fat people, or "the biggest loser" competitors, the lose weight too fast and end up looking like shit, because their skin doesent have time to shrink and is hanging. maybe you are lucky and have good genetics, but i think, it took a fair amount of time to build that mass, so youll have to give your body the time to lose it, and to adapt to it.

i have stopped but im left with a few more pills, may or may not take them..... but for now im doing the normal gym routine and tryin to eat healthy, my goal is to lose maybe 5lbs a month for 6mths with gym and dieting, whether its possible or not time will tell

+1 for sharing a user experience and an alternative solution.
Unless you are pro-athlete and your paycheck depends on it, don't consider this stuff. There are safer and smarter alternatives. One of them is accepting the fact that it'll take more time and work than you currently have invested to get it done. You may not be able to completely get rid of the love handles, just only reduce them significantly. Sorry, that's life.

I would say, take it easy bro and plz resist the temptation to up the dose.
I can tell you that I was 100% in your situation: >20% BF and ready for a shortcut.
I used clen and really didn't stay disciplined on diet or exercise and all I got were the sides and no progress.
DNP is a serious compound, much more serious than Clen. Step carefully, please.
I can tell you how I CONQUERED FOR GOOD the BF issue is from a change in lifestyle and outlook. Diet and exercise (both lifting and cardio). I worked everyday on it, telling myself "nothing tastes as good as being fit feels", and dragging my ass to the treadmill with every excuse in tow.
Funny thing is . . . I started to LOVE it. I loved the hard work, and the satisfaction that I did not take the easy way out.
In any case, my mindset is different now. I don't use any "help" until I've put in the work and plateaued, so I can keep my mind in it. And always in moderation.
I hope you get your mind around the satisfaction of the rewards of discipline. I hope you shelve the DNP soon. Good luck bro, I've been there.

Thanks man, i like to work hard in the gym and fell the burn, the aches and pain, but work has been quite busy got no time for much else last few mths. and the dnp has taught me that u need alot of self control, its easy to be a fool and fuck yourself up if u think yur not gettin the results u want as fast as u want it. case in point, i've made some comments suggesting that it may not have been working, but today i went on two different scales and they both show a drop since monday, while i may not be seeing it physically the scale is saying something else. had i not had the necessary strength of mind i could have tried a higher dose and fucked myself. btw trust me im not playing around with this shit, im concerned almost to the point of scared about it, and that makes me stay in line.... trust me, i dont think its something to be foolish about... AT ALL

Day 3
Same dose as day 2 at around the same time, breakfast was different as i was on the move early i didnt have time to prepare anything so i just bought some crappy breakfast. i must say tho, since yesterday i have been feeling a bit..... weird, unsettled seems appropriate, feel like im gettin the flu, under the weather kind of feeling, felt some hott flashes and i did sweat a tad, but if thats from the tabs or work related i cant say. incidentally i had a function to attend on work that required significant time in the sun, however hours after i got back to the office i was sweating a bit, but only from the usual places like forehead, and arms. maybe its all in my head but i think its the tabs, and i did notice my urine seems to be a brighter colour. had a normal lunch and all in all i had about 3 591ml gatorade and about the same amount of water similar size. will try and drink more tomorrow.
points to note, headache seems to loom over the horizon, instead of the usual 10mins i gave wifey 30 last night (must have some viagra in there somewhere it think), flu feelin sucks

Day 2
7:15am popped two tabs with some water, my days quota of pills so that should bring me up to the starting dose of 200mg which i'll be sticking to until friday. Some ppl say before meals, others after meals, i took it before my breakfast of two eggs fried, some ham and three slices of whole grain bread. i'll see what effect that has on me, breakfast is big enuff that im splitting it in two half when im done with this, and the other half around 11am wish i coulda post breakfast pics up here. im taking pics of everything i put in me and when im done with the whole cycle i'll post them all in the pic section....... BTW all these logs about dnp and no one took the time to mention that V8 tastes like fucking SHITTTTT!!!!

220 lbs at 6' doesnt sound that bad bro. i know everyone wants to find that "magic pill" that will always get them going to lose/gain. i assure you to try a caloric restricted diet for a time span while lifting weights while incorporating cardio. i promise you that you will feel much much better seeing your results naturally. your progress will drive your motivation for further results. I also know i use gear and that could be made to look as i am a hypocrite when i say this. I lifted for 7 years before ever touching the stuff. i plateaued and then ran gear.

doesnt sound like a hypocrite to me, jus sounds like someone saying..... learn the basics before going advance, and i respect that. i have all intentions of doing things the normal way after this, but i just felt like after all the reading i needed to try it..... just for two or three weeks at a small dose. then its back to the gym like normal while i research and consider what to try next. it sounds reckless i know. but i never do anything without giving it full thought and doing ample research, meaning enuff to make me feel comfortable giving it a try.

im pretty sure i heard or read somewhere that arnold said "a low dose test for a good cut" then a lot of pumping and humping to get ya there. it sounds a lot more fun than all of those side that come with DNP. hope to see ya on here in the coming months....

went to the pharmacy, stocked up on vitamins required, and used 1 pill aeolis express dnp 100mg, again like i said, while some where out there someone is sure to think im stupid, im being very cautious about this. its not about being lazy or taking shortcuts even though thats a damn good outcome, its about jus tryin it out, and doing it safely and seeing the results. all input, comments and suggestions are welcomed, positive and negative alike. like i said, im not gonna pretend i know all about it, or that im an expert and dont want to hear the critics or positive contributions. im interested in making a noob log, where i share my experience and let more knowledgeable users point out my mistakes, of which im sure there will be a few. NB. also stocked up on fruits, veggies, meats and V8. Smile
