Mid life crisis, needs tire rotation

ad

New to the boards here and haven't been hitting the gym very hard in a long time. I'm only one week in and am simply looking for information and advice to rebuild the foundation I once had. After which time I may consider upping the ante. Mostly just here to look around and ask questions because I'm sick of being grossly overweight at such a young age. At least that is the way I see it.

one thing I did forget to mention I have ordered some Clen and T3 to help cheat a bit of the weight off, I'm currently on a high protein low carb diet. Cycling my diet 3 days low carb one day high and probably was getting a little carried away with my initial workout intensity, so I'm going to take it back a little until things catch up so I don't injure myself as mentioned.

gonna keep a close eye on my BP and other factors as from what I have read about the Clen T3 stacking, I also know this sort of goes against what I said about wanting to insure I don't lose any lean body mass, I thought about ordering some Winny too but I don't know if I'm ready for that step yet. I plan on doing a 6 week clen t3 cycle as I have been reading up on many sites. We will see if I can get the same results I have read about which are about 5 lbs of weight loss a week, which in my opinion isn't too shabby at all. I know that they say you don't want to lose more than 2-2.5 pounds a week otherwise your losing LBM, but I'm really sick of being over weight...

I'm six foot tall, and weigh 273 not sure what my BF% is exactly used the marine corp measurements as an estimation and it says I'm around 35% bf... not good at all however that does leave me a LBM of around 178 pounds which is much more LBM than I have ever had. My goals are to continue eating six small meals a day, get back into lifting, slowly increase my cardio and get my BF% down over the next full year and see if I can't get back into a size 34" waist pair of pants while maintaining my LBM... that would be great...

My short term goals are to not injure myself and to keep my motivation up something I'm hoping this website may be able to help with. When all is said and done if I hit a plateau and am not yet happy I may consider doing a cycle or two to add some mass but that will not be for at least a year from now because I have so much natural ground to regain.

I guess I should have shot you my stats as a reply... I can't expect you to watch some noobs forum duh... anyway... if you read more of what I posted you will get some understanding of what I am looking for. And yes I know, I know, Clen can screw up your heart and T3 can permanently damage your thyroid etc etc... I'm still debating if I'm even gonna use the crap given all that I have read on it... I was mainly looking for a quick fix is all... well quicker than 2 lbs a week which will take me about 10 months to get from being round to looking decent and human again...
