Just have to share,,,

So I took measurements today , chest , arms , thighs and stomach..
Last time I measured was Nov. 1st,,,
gained 3/4" on arms
gained 1" legs
gained 1" on chest
Lost 2" around stomach...
All the while added around 12 lbs.... Happy JTizzle today

JtizzleYeah it's a great way to really pick ur gains apart.. and you can really see the changes on paper this way. I will say don't measure too often or you risk getting discouraged. I will be checking again in 4 weeks..
