Well some f******r was bound to mention mother f******g Christmas before long. I apologize for it being me. So if you can bring yourselves not to hang, draw and quarter
me, not to mention shove the Xmas turkey up my ass, will you remain dedicated to the cause or will you be cutting loose?

tread-mI'll break loose but I'll throw 5 lbs of meat in that day so I can pretend it was for my own good. My wife will say, "are you sure you need to be eating that sweetheart, tee hehe"? And I'll say, "you gonna try to stop me"? And she'll say, "I'll knock your ass out MFer you better take some of that base out of your voice"! And I'll say, pass the meat only please.....
dansta123big ethnic family..lots of seafood and beer..cut down to 3 days a week sessions till mid jan..then the pain gets stoked up again.

This time of year it pays to be a hard gainer with 6% bodyfat, I eat whatever the hell I want for the holidays lol
i am on a seefood diet, if i see it or it cant run away its mine,,, the dog just left the room!!!!.
I will eat anything put in front of me. And those are non- holiday times.
What I do is pick and choose what I want from diffrent fam members so know ones food is left out,I love living this bb healthy lifestyle.when my body and health are good then my mind is good,but this may not come as simply to others,so what some people has said be4,its the holidays,you only got your family,so to let loose during the festive times won't kill anyone..So enjoy!!GOD BLESS EROIDS
I am not a BB, I am more of an athlete, so my diet never has to be super strict, so I will definitely be enjoying my holidays. It isn't very difficult for me to maintain sub 10% bf anyway.
i def let loose for christmas eve dinner i eat whatever i want but im weird i dont like sweets much so i dont usually eat dessert but mac n cheese and sweet potatoe casserole gets demolished
ItsNoelI dont know diet rules on HOLIDAYS this is family time and i cant turned down my moms cooking! She works all day doing this and i know she does specially for me because im very picky and we live cities apart SO NO DIET RULES...........
Only on christmas eve will I be forgetting my regular diet, just to eat together with my family. I don't like to succumb to lowly desires, if you want to be ahead you need to eat cleaner, train harder and rest better than others.
I like to be a machine, why would I want to be human?
OE2000Most of you guys work your asses off all year, lighten up and live a little, chocolate cake, bread pudding, or a bottle of wine ain't gonna kill ya. I'll even toke a few marlboros.... now that will kill ya....
