Placed order on the 10th. They sent message saying payment info was recieved but the haven't picked them up yet. I have had naps before and gotta say the probably have the best gear out there. I've bought from other sources when naps was down, nothing even come close or effective as geneza gear. So after reading that people started getting there orders again I decided to give them another shot. But its been 5 days and they haven't picked up funds. Ordered some tbol and clen to see if i can trust them again. Getting skeptic
Odered nov 21 packaged shipped nov 24 received my package today. It took about 19 days to be received which was sooner than I expected it to come. Everything was packed carefully and discreetly. Everything I ordered came in the same shipment and was undamaged. You can't beat the prices at naps. I gave them a 5 out of 5. Naps has kept there promise. There website is easy to use and the order process was quick and easy. Keep up the good work. P.S. ordered Geneza deca 250, Geneza oxy 50
beavisHere is an updated review on my gear from the napster. I continue to get great gains on their test cyp and am using d-bol as well. have never felt this strong before. Wanna try to max out on bench but had shoulder surgery last year and am afraid to mess it up again. Anyway I am super happy with my naps gear and will use them again someday for sure especially if their shipping has dramatically improved. I posted a couple pics, and ya my bodyfat is up a bit and am holding water.
My friend has been ordering from naps for 2 years and never had a problem until this summer. I just ordered from them 2 weeks ago and got my order no problem. will order again.
I've used naps a few times now and had really great results with there gear. Only down side i had with them is placing an order back in July and seemed to be problems with there shipping as didnt receive my order... BUT after writing to them a number of times they have decided reshipped my order again fingers crossed i'll have it by xmas!
Placed order 28th November arrived 10 December. I was originally one of the many caught up in the half year order issues with naps. Received those packages and decided to give them another shot. Customer service replied with immediate responses, package was discrete, and shipping was much faster than expected. One of the best experiences I have had by far. Naps really delivered and outstanding overall service!!! Will follow with more on quality of gear.
BigSweazMade order on Nov 24th. Order process was very simple and easy, and they have a very wide selection of gear at good prices. Package was shipped within a day or so, and was received fully intact and everything safe and sound on Dec 10th. Will definitely be making more orders in the future. 5 Stars***** & the verdict is= NAPS IS BACK!
Hell yeah, just got my order today, placed my order on the 25th it was shipped on the 28th and got it today the 12th. Its crazy becuz i just the tracking # this morning and it still shows it was outta country lol. Thanks naps. I will be starting my cycle now.
AnonI am overjoyed with Naps!!! Ordering was easy, my package was delivered in less than six business days.. the gear is top of the line :-) FIVE STARS for Napsgear it looks like they have turned back from the brink of doom, to deliver as promised. I will update during my cycle as to the quality of the gear :-)
Just recieved the 2nd order from naps in less than a week. The items that came today are for grrl. Look for a review from her soon.

Final review update: I placed a $200 test order for some orals in May- i was willing to trade ship time for price. It has finally arrived 6 1/2 months after payment after 2 reships (one was bs). The products and amounts appear to be what was ordered. Can't comment on quality yet. The purpose of the order was to determine if NAPS would be a viable source for me in terms of value, turn around, communication and shipping success for ongoing repeat orders.
They've succeeded in accomplishing the bare minimum for me to retract my original review of 0 Star scammer. It appears that they have rebooted their shipping and CS to acceptable levels for the time being. However I personally am very conservative when it comes to placing my trust in a source. A track-record of reliability and honesty over time are essential. Granted, I placed my test order at the worst possible time in their history, BUT it's how they handled the whole process of dealing with the supply chain problems that I evaluate. Did they finally deliver paid for product: YES. IS the product legitimate: N/A. Did they deliver within my very liberal lead time of ordering one whole cycle ahead: NO. Did I get a sense that I was being treated honestly when the order went MIA: for the most part NO. Did they make an attempt to make amends and win back my business by sending any additional product- even a token amount, or making any other kind of positive "I'm sorry" gesture: NO. Am I reasonably sure that these supply chain and honesty issues won't happen again on my next order: NO. I know that many others have had better luck with these guys, however, for me personally, the lower prices aren't worth the potential of another 6 1/2 month turnaround.
My recommendation for those who do use this source is not to place large $$$ orders all at once, but spread out smaller $$ orders well ahead of need so's you don't get burned if and when the supply chain issue flair up again. They always do.
I have been dealing with a missing package since 7/2011. Over the past 5 months I have received and sent dozens of emails with standard excuses regarding the products and the shipping woes. Well I have to admit that once Naps got their online support up and running, I was assured my extremely large order was being reshipped. Package was delivered as promised with the full contents. I have used Naps many times before and will continue because they definitley have the best prices for the gear. Also express shipping to the US has been restored. So I officially welcome Naps back to my cool list.
Took way over a month for my Helios to arrive but it did so ok. When i raised a ticket at week 4, they told me to choose products from another lab with equal price as this particular lab takes long to ship and dat they will ship it to me free. so far so good, i am pending 2 more pkg from them. should arrive in a week if the 2-3 week shipping is back.
Well, anybody who knows me, knows I don't pull punches, and I didn't pull any when Naps had their meltdown this summer.
People have been telling me that Naps has reinvented themselves...that they've overhauled their system and put the problems from last summer behind them.
Well it looks like those people were right.
After just 5 days shipping time, I received a well packaged and complete order today. I'm very anxious to get started on my next cycle, and I'll be using Naps Gen Shi for that. Naps has a HUGE selection of products, and the pricing is fantastic. It's all there on their easy-to-use website, and William is always around, ready to help with questions.
It's great to see Naps back in true form...They've been here longer than just about anyone else on eroids, and they are poised to shoot back to the top.
Look for pics and updates from me as I attempt to shoot past the 20" arm barrier on this next cycle, with help from Naps and Gen Shi.

I have been ordering for almost 2 years at them. Lately like everybody I got a big fear, I have been waiting for ever a package that I considered like lost... but what was my surprise !! I received my goods finally, 6 months after the ordering....but I received it !!
by the past they always have prooved their reliability in the business. Two times I received broken vials, the have replaced it immediatly.
I appreciate so much their reliability, and plus they have such a choice and prices !!

As the title reads....Naps reshipped my package about a week and a half ago and it came today. This is very scary and very unusual lol just in time for christmas. Im literally confused as to how this can be....NAPS ACTUALLY CAME THRU FOR ME IN A TIMELY FASHION!! I have to first hand apologize to Anabolic5150 over at IM for the nuisance I created during the whole ordeal and espcially to GXR as well. I KNOW I said I wasn't gonna apologize but looking back on it, I realized it wasn't necessary to bitch at the reps.

Well Holy ass!!!! My naps order from 7 months ago showed up today & everything was complete. About 10 days ago I resubmitted my order per their instructions on the naps site & I'll be damned it shows up. While the whole ordeal was a nightmare - I am impressed that they kept their word. Second chance?

Well I'll be damned! As most of you who have been monitoring this site know, NO ONE has been harder on NAPS and their recent downfall than US MODS! Some of US decided to put them to the test, seeing that it seemed that only noobies with recent history here on eroids were "getting their pkgs" AND that the issue with NAPS was never really about quality of goods JUST HORRENDOUS SHIPPING!!
Anyway, I was told to expect a tracking # monday morning and what do you know... I GOT A TRACKING #... to be continued : )
Just received my first two of three packages. Only took bout 2 weeks from payment to west coast US. Everything looks good and is packaged quite nice. Customer service and communication has been really great. I'll keep you all updated on the quality and gains.
placed my first order with them a few weeks ago.just 20 mins ago asked for tracking didnt know it was available.got a response within 10 mins.customer service is awesome.understand they had problems in the past.they seem to be on point now.will keep everyone posted.
